Σας περιμένουμε να απολαύσετε το ηλιοβασίλεμα στην κυριολεξία πάνω στο κύμα. Χαλαρώστε δίπλα στη θάλασσα με την αύρα της. Βρισκόσαστε στην παραλία Πατρών, , στο πιο όμορφο προάστειο, με τις καλύτερες ταβέρνες. Ιδανικό καταφύγιο για διακοπές χαλάρωση ή και δουλειά!Έχουμε γρήγορο VDSL WiFi internet. Κοντά υπάρχει: Πιτσαρία, ψησταριές (le coq), ταβέρνες, φαρμακεία, σούπερ μάρκετ ανοιχτό μέχρι τις 23:00 το βράδυ, και τις Κυριακές, τουριστικό ωράριο, καταστήματα εκκλησία, πλαζ, κ.λ.π..

Όμορφο, ανακαινισμένο διαμέρισμα 65m2 στο κέντρο της πόλης της Ζακύνθου, 200m από την κεντρική πλατεία Σολωμού. Απέναντι από τη θάλασσα (υπάρχει εξέδρα για κολύμβηση) και σε 250 μέτρα απόσταση δημοτική πλαζ με ελεύθερη είσοδο. Έχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, και ένα καναπέ κρεβάτι. Τοποθετημένες σε μια κατάφυτη πλαγιά στην διάσημη περιοχή Ξύγκια, συνιστούν τον απόλυτο προορισμό για χαλαρωτικές διακοπές με ανεμπόδιστη, πανοραμική θέα στη θάλασσα, την Κεφαλονιά, την Πελοπόννησο και στις ανατολικές ακτές του νησιού! Σε απόσταση μόλις 2 λεπτών με τα πόδια θα βρείτε τις παραλίες Ξύγκια και Πελαγάκι.
