Great for swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding and excellent fishing. We are only 5 minutes from downtown Excelsior Springs, Excelsior Springs Golf Course and 3EX municipal airport. We live on-site and will generally be available throughout your stay should you need or desire.

Majestic private waterfront Tipi * on a lake. Quiet nature oasis with hot tub, woodstove, firepit, modern grill, and all the essentials. Ice skate or xc-ski across the frozen lake and watch the bald eagles fly overhead, or relax in the Adirondack chairs in front of the bonfire while you make smores and cook dinner on the grill or over the open fire, then snuggle up inside the tipi while you listen to vintage vinyl and let the owls hoot you to sleep. *Tipi closed March-April.

Our treetop tipi is a 1 of a kind experience you will not soon forget! Take a short nature walk up to the roughly 400 sf tipi decked out in woodsy cabin decor. With 3 comfy beds don't forget your friends! Enjoy your morning cup of tea or coffee on the porch while gazing into the canopy of trees and listening to the array of bird songs which are sure to impress even a non-camper! This glamorous campsite is doused with personal touches you're sure to love as much as we do!

You won’t forget your time in this romantic, memorable place, full of rustic charm and outstanding facilities, we are sure you will never want to leave! Set adjacent to a private lake you will have use of the outstanding facilities including a Scandinavian log fired hot tub and access to the lake for fishing and kayaking. Enjoy a relaxing nights sleep in a bespoke super king bed under the stars. This is the perfect escapism to help you switch off from hectic life.
