We had a lovely stay. Beautiful Georgian and house with lots of character. Beautiful light and airy and and extremely cosy in the evenings. It was in a brilliant location, a 2 minute walk from town and the local harbour. Some great places to eat and lovely pubs. It is within driving distance of various lovely walks and there is a walk nearby by the Solent, with plenty of wildlife. We had a brilliant week and would definitely return. William was a fantastic host, always contactable for any questions.

This was a perfect place for us to stay for 10 days with our teenagers. Home from home and very comfortable and everything you could need, including a cat. Thanks so much

Excellent accommodation. All there and high quality. Clear instructions to reach the place. Not mentioned or photographed but property is VERY close to train line. Can hear and feel all trains going past and/or stopping at Brockenhurst station. Actually, you zone out of it very quickly, so it wasn't disturbing. And flip side is that location is amazing if coming by public transport - Brockenhurst station is 15 seconds walk away!!! Also best kitted out kitchen ever stayed in - all items worked and were good quality. Fabulous functional, light space downstairs especially. Shower room perfect. Heating worked too, no issues. Would highly recommend overall, but to be aware of train station proximity in case it bothers you.

This is a great place! The location is terrific with the center being about six minutes and a huge grocery about three. The shower room is new and the shower about the best we’ve had! Note bedrooms are upstairs, bathroom down. Great TV with access to Netflix. Large kitchen with eating area and lovely back garden. Would stay again.

Just back from a Christmas family gathering and this house was in a perfect location for us all to met. The house has beautiful views of Poole harbour lovely and clean and the host made it all very easy for us to enjoy our holiday. Fabulous time

I booked Chris's place for a total of 4 weeks as somewhere to stay for our carers who were working in Swanage. Despite there sometimes being 4 different people staying during any one week, Chris was patient and accommodating and suggested we set up a group chat so that he could communicate directly with whichever staff member was checking in. Thank you Chris for your patience.

The house was great, very clean, tidy and had great finishing touches! The decor and views are what make this so special, it really was lovely seeing the sunrises/sunsets! The agent called to check on how our stay was which was great. The only issue is that the two rainfall shower heads didn’t work properly, but they had a secondary shower head that did work! Would stay again!

Tolles Haus- super ausgestattet und sauber. Gute Betten und ausreichend Platz (wir sind eine Familie mit 2 Kindern). Top Lage- klare Empfehlung!

Michiel’s place was great for me and my friends who were attending a wedding in Lymington. It was easy to walk to the high street nearby and very reasonably priced for the summer. Michiel was great to communicate with and kindly let us check in early. Would recommend!

Excellent property with 4 ensuite bedrooms , spacious fully equipped kitchen and conservatory and lovely first floor lounge . 3 mins walk to the sea front so a great location

Awesome place, Sarah is a fab host, quick on comms, all very clear and helpful. The house feels so peaceful with proper retreat vibes. Was so calm and a lovely place to spend a few nights. Thanks again, would hurry back!!

Chris’s was a lovely place to stay. A very homely feel, with use of all facilities including a well equipped kitchen. Chris is friendly and approachable with great local knowledge. The house is in a quiet area but less than ten minutes walk to the town and beach. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Chris and Jara.

The house was really big, everything we need was there, great storage space in the down stairs hall way, Bond holidays always answered the questions very quickly. The location was great and the house was great, all in all, a great holiday.

We had an absolutely super weekend in Pollyanna’s house in Lymington. We were a group of four women and immediately felt at home in the house. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped. Beautiful interiors and fabrics. Lots of space and very clean. Amazing central location. Pollyanna was also flexible about check out time. Thank you Pollyanna! We would definitely book to stay again.

Chanine was incredibly accommodating and responsive even gave us an upgrade for a minor inconvenience! Would recommend

i would write this: We had a lovely stay with Inga & Martin. Beautiful, clean place with all the appliances you need. Even tho the bathroom and kitchen are shared, we had no issues at all and felt very welcome. Very convenient location and easy check in/out experience.

Location: Property in a very nice and quiet area. Walking distance to town centre and beach. Parking space right outside the property. House & Room : Interior of house is modern and beautiful. Our room with ensuite bathroom was spotless. Very comfortable bed. All necessary amenities provided. Breakfast: Execllent breakfast in the beautiful garden with lots of varieties. Hosts: Extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

Sarah’s place was great, comfortable and with everything you need for a stay away from home, Sarah was very kind and helpful and I would definitely stay there again if I was ever in the area again ⭐️

Beautiful property in a wonderful location and we had a fantastic time, the only issue we had was the lack of parking at the front of the property as we weren't able to find a space for 3 out of the 4 nights that we stayed, although this wasn't a massive issue as we found alternative nearby options, however, just something to be aware of if you are driving to the property.

Our daughter had a great stay with Clodagh and Paul - the room is spacious and comfortable and the hosts friendly and welcoming. The house is ideally located near the town centre and walkable to the hospital, where our daughter was on placement.
