We have flipped our garage apartment and are excited to rent it out! It is around 500 square feet tucked away in beautiful Kanawha City. It is 5 min away from Memorial Hospital and 7 min from UC. It’s clean, quiet, and cozy and would work great for a student or professional. It comes complete with complimentary coffee, internet, streaming device and Netflix, off street parking, and even a washer and dryer. We live on the same property and can accommodate with most reasonable things!
