The Central States Fairground, The Monument Civic Center, downtown Rapid City, and Rushmore Crossing are all within a 10 minute drive. We do have full-time tenants on the property with dogs. Some noise should be expected. The pets have their own dedicated space and contact with the pets should be minimal, if at all. We have one security camera located outside the entrance to the apartment.

It includes one full bathroom with a shower (no tub). It's approximately 500 sq. feet. Enjoy the private fire pit area and the gas grill outside.
