Offering a warm welcome and comfortable accommodation just 6/7 minutes from the centre of Liverpool. The hotel is an ideal place to stay when exploring Liverpool, and can be used as the perfect base when visiting the city to work. Guest rooms have been comfortably furnished and all feature their own deluxe en-suite bathrooms. Stunning private room in a modern unoccupied apartment (set up in a Hotel Style), located in the heart of Preston City Centre - just 30m from the High Street! Decorated to a very high standard, with FREE Wifi, and modern appliances including an iMac, TV, and Tea / Coffee making facilities. 5 min walk from the train & bus station, 10 mins from the Uni, very secure and ready to go! Free on street parking from 18:30 - 8am, with 24 hr car parks available at the bottom of the street.

We offer 9 modern en suite rooms which we can arrange as a double or a twin for you, each has its own front door leading onto a courtyard where you can park your car free of charge. Pets are also welcome during your stay with a pet charge of £10 per stay. We are ideally situated for Chester city centre, Chester Zoo and the McArthur Glen Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet Village each only being 10 minutes away. North Wales and the Wirral Peninsula are also on our doorstep.
