Cleveland itself, currently going through a "rustbelt renaissance" is only about 45 minutes minutes West. We welcome guests of all backgrounds!

Avonlea Gardens & Inn - Entire House

Avonlea Inn is a century home with unique vintage charm! 3 bedrooms (upstairs - 1 king & 1 queen, main floor - 1 queen & queen pullout sofa in living room). Dining room, kitchen, & front porch. Located on same property as our native plant nursery - you are welcome to wander! Renting half the house is possible - please see separate listings for the Rose Suite (2 bedrooms on 2nd floor) or the Bluebell Suite (1 bedroom, pullout, full kitchen on 1st floor). Pets allowed only if renting entire house.

The Wildflower

Come enjoy this brand new cabin in a private wooded setting. Sit on the front porch swing or relax by the fireplace. Enjoy the whirlpool for two and new stylish decor with black metal railing against a backdrop of the finest craftsmenship of woodworking. This cabin was built by local Amish and Mennonite builders. There is a double reclining loveseat and a queen size pull out sofa with a memory foam mattress. We provide snacks, sodas, coffee, tea, cereal, juice, pancaKe mix & maple syrup!

New Construction Modern Ranch House features rustic upscale design with beautiful cozy interiors and comfort at every turn. Stunning views await with floor to ceiling windows overlooking beautiful Silver Creek and surrounding nature. Private deck is spacious and inviting with oversize hot tub, concrete fire pit, gas grill, and outdoor dining furniture. A few minutes from great restaurants, the Brewery at Garrett’s Mill, and the coolest Coffee Shop. Perfect weekend getaway or business stay.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in the small village of West Farmington. This 1050 sq. ft. cosy A-Frame allows you to relax and reset at this perfect getaway away from the city. Warm up in front of the retro fireplace - main furnace heats the cabin well. Fun vibes with the bridge walkway and the many small bohemian details. 5 min walk down a country road you’ll find your way to a peaceful lake that you’ll have access to fishing/kayaking/paddle boarding. Sauna/Hot tub are hot!

Lakeview Retreat

Enjoy the unobstructed lake views very close to downtown Chardon, several golf courses, the Holden Arboretum, and Alpine Valley Skiing. We are a short walk to Bass Lake and its amenities. Inside, you'll love the cozy fireplace, 3 season porch, 4K TV, games, and puzzles. You can also just sit and relax while enjoying the view with a glass of wine in the enclosed porch. There is even a writing desk with views of the lake. Well-mannered dogs are welcome as long as they stay off the furniture.

The Old Postal Cottage

*Note: feel free to inquire about availability for dates not listed as open on calendar. The Old Postal Cottage, built in the 1840s, was the Parkman post office until mid 2018. It was completely renovated, and it is now a tiny house, located within an Amish community in Northeast Ohio. It has a private entrance, and is a cozy space, perfect for a getaway in the country, with access to all major roads and an easy commute to Cleveland, Youngstown, Akron, and many tourist attractions.

Lydia's Lake Erie Cottage

In the heart of Willoughby, a cozy cottage awaits you as the perfect getaway spot. Situated on the shores of Lake Erie, you'll be able to enjoy stunning lake views on the water's edge. Inside, you'll find a cozy and well-appointed space, complete with a fully stocked kitchen and outdoor grill, Unwind by the fireplace in the living room or catch up on your favorite shows on the smart TV. Stay connected with the free WiFi, and take advantage of the laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

This unique place has a style all its own. This adorable cabin is located steps away from Mosquito Lake, bars and restaurants, bait shops, public boat launch and minutes away from lovely wineries. Perfect for small families or couples. This cabin has been professionally designed and updated. Relax on the deck and listen to live music during the summer months. The sleeping space is a loft separated by a wall. Queen bed on one side, double bed and a single up top on the other side.

Our cozy and inviting cabin, the Eagle's Nest, is nestled in a countryside setting behind Greene Eagle Winery and Brew Pub in rural Northeast Ohio. If you are looking for charm, and quiet relaxing comfort, this 384 sq. ft. cabin with exposed cedar beams is your perfect overnight or weekend retreat. Many activities available in the area with Mosquito lake nearby, bike trails, state park, golf, shopping, wineries, breweries, and restaurants within 10 to 30 minutes.

Little House on the Farm

The accommodation is a 2 bedroom cottage on our small farm that has been recently renovated. It is wheel chair accessible. We are in the middle of the fourth largest Amish community in the world. We are half a mile from the center of Mesopotamia, which is known for the End of the Commons General Store and the annual OX roast over the 4th of July. Cleveland and Youngstown are both approximately 45 minutes away. Lake Erie is 30 minutes north.
