Delightful Houseboat near Ladner Village

No private entrance, stove, or oven. Ramp+ stairs= Huge Suitcases are not possible! Top floor of houseboat; we live downstairs +1dog,1cat Floating on the Fraser River, in a quiet, safe family neighbourhood just a short canoe ride or walk to Ladner Village grocery stores, cafés and restaurants. Easy bicycling to dyke trails, beaches, bird sanctuary, BC Ferries, shopping malls, and local farms with quaint shops and breweries. Transit stops across the street, Vancouver within 45 minutes by bus.

Just minutes across the Golden Gate Bridge from San Francisco, the floating guest cottage offers the very best of the Sausalito houseboat experience. The main front room can easily accommodate small gatherings. Cooking in the complete kitchen is a pleasure. This is a custom built Houseboat on the Sacramento River. The kitchen has granite counter tops. There is a comfy leather sofa and oversized leather chair with a fireplace. The bedroom features a King size bed and custom cabinets. Sit on covered deck and watch ducks, blue herons, otters, sea lions and beavers enjoying the river. Fish from the covered deck for stripers!!
