Romantic Getaway at a Guesthouse near Downtown Atascadero

We offer a full service guest house, with a private entrance. With attention to every detail and decorated with a fun mid-century modern flair! It has one bedroom, one bath, kitchen with all the amenities (including a stocked coffee station), and living room featuring a smart tv, and satellite. We offer WIFI as well. Should you need to do laundry, we have a brand new washer and dryer for your convenience. The guest house has a private deck which you will enjoy sipping a local wine on and enjoying the beautiful sunset! We also offer an outdoor table with chairs next to the deck for your enjoyment! From booking, to check out we will be available should you have any questions or as needed. Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We hope to have the chance to meet/greet each one of our guests while they are staying in the guest house, however if that isn't possible we will have all accommodations ready! We also try and be as flexible as possible, please don't hesitate to ask about early check in, or late checkout if needed. We provide a house binder that contains pertinent information and our "favorites list" for the Central Coast area. Shannon and her husband Reggie live in the main home on the property. The guest house is nestled among many beautiful, mature oak trees in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. It’s centrally located close to downtown Atascadero, with easy access to Highway 101 North/South, and Highway 41 to Morro Bay. Uber Pool on site, for homeowners use, (however ask us in advance about our policy and the possibility of using the pool and or hot tub)

It is very private, has its own kitchen equipped with induction stove, upscale appliances and washer/dryer. Light-filled great room has soaring 15 ft vaulted ceiling with decorative cedar wooden beams and 12ft window. Split AC/heater units in both rooms . Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. New SMART station is 5 min walk. Shops &restaurants close by.

1,000 sq. ft. custom cottage 4 miles from town. Hosts Chris & Tom take pride in sharing their oasis with you. Nicely decorated, spacious, open living area with vaulted ceiling, a full kitchen with granite counter tops. Two bedrooms separated by a bathroom & laundry room ensure privacy & restful sleep. Ideal for 2 couples. Located halfway between the town & American Camp with easy access to miles of hiking trails & bicycle routes. Although only minutes from town you experience the country side.

Amazing ocean views, cool nights and gorgeous sunsets. We are centrally located between Hilo and Kona. Perfect for exploring the South end of the island. Guests receive a 30% discount at Sea Paradise. The unit is located about 1-1.5 hours from the Kona Airport, where we offer tranquility, starry skies and an escape from the big city! This newly built guest house is in one of LA’s best neighborhoods. This quiet million dollar historic neighborhood is centrally located minutes from SoFi, the Form, YouTube Theater, Beverley Hills, downtown LA and the beach. Free parking directly in front of house. Full bath and kitchen with full-size refrigerator, convection microwave, electric stove top and washer and dryer. Queen size bed, and pull out couch. Free parking in front of house. All windows have blackout shades.

Private Guesthouse with Amazing Views

Our private, charming guesthouse is located in the quaint neighborhood of Talmadge. We are centrally located, about a mile from San Diego State University and Qualcomm Stadium, and 15 minutes from Balboa Park, the San Diego Zoo, downtown San Diego, SeaWorld, and our world-famous beaches. You’ll love our place because it has a tree-house feel with amazing views and high ceilings, is very comfortable, has a newly constructed private deck, its own separate entrance, kitchen, and bath.
