The home and location were really nice. The North Side of the island is pretty far from everything which is nice if you want quiet, you'll have the whole beach to yourself. There are a few decent restaurants within 10 minutes. Most activities are 30-45 minutes away. We really enjoyed our stay, but 1.5 hours of driving every day to and from activities got kinda old after a few days. If you plan to spend most of your time at the house/beach/pool this is a great place to stay.

Wonderful place for family. The kids were able to roam freely in a safe and family friendly environment. Restaurant was a few steps away. Dock space for the boat feet away! Excelente location for disconnecting from traffic and the crowds. Felt at peace and well relaxed.

A fantastic week for a family vacation! Eve was so available, responded quickly! The Airbnb is exactly as the pictures show. Fabulous location! Would stay again in a heart beat! The whole family is sad to leave

This house is amazing, even better than the pictures! The house has a nice layout and gives some privacy between the bedrooms. We loved the attached bathrooms in 3 of the 4 bedrooms, it was perfect for our family of 4 plus grandparents. The kids enjoyed the pool in the morning, and we all used it in the afternoon when we'd return home. There were lots of floaties at the house, also appreciated the snorkeling gear they had to take to the beaches. Outdoor space was wonderful, plenty of chairs, a bar area, sink and a fridge. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cookware, also had lots of spices and coffee/tea selections. The house is in a secluded neighborhood but has lots of things in a walkable distance. The grocery store is about a 5 minute walk. Other things in a walkable distance - 2 liquor stores, Wendy's, Subway, restaurants and a pharmacy. We had a van for the week which allowed us more freedom to explore the island. Would definitely recommend this place!

Everything was perfect….the place itself was pristine and beautiful, local bar, restaurants, and grocery in same complex, beach was the best we saw on the whole island!

Beautiful place in a great location! Couldn’t have asked for a more convenient spot. The place itself was very clean and had everything you need. Beach chairs were a HUGE plus for us! Appreciated that each floor was gated in. The surrounding restaurants were great and location was an easy 10-20 minute walk to multiple other great restaurants. The public beach access right across the street was great and that section of the beach is so so beautiful and felt extremely private! Not busy at all. Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend to anyone! Selina was also very responsive and friendly!

We just returned from a six night stay at the Grove. The condo was immaculate & well appointed. The location was perfect, right across the street from a beautiful beach. We had beach chairs, an umbrella, towels & a cooler bag for the beach. When we needed a second umbrella we were given one immediately. We can’t wait to return next year.

Fantastic place. The flat is perfectly located, just a minute’s walk from a beautiful stretch of Seven Mile Beach. It is within a stone’s throw of several restaurants and bars (some even within the complex, including a handy convenience store). The flat was spotless and fully equipped with anything you might need (beach gear, cooking utensils, etc) and there is also a shared BBQ/pool area and underground parking. Selina and Kristine were both very attentive and helpful. The flat is perfect for anybody looking for a peaceful stay in a very comfortable complex just a short walk from the beach and restaurants. We hope to come back soon!

This was a great place to stay in Grand Cayman. There are great restaurants in the area and a convenient shop in The Grove complex. The beach is just across the street and is a great stretch of seven mile beach. The rental had all of the things we needed including beach chairs and umbrella. The kitchenette was outfitted well with the basics.

This unit is located in the Holiday Inn Grand Caymanian resort on the coast of West Bay. It is such a lovely setting right on the coast with palm trees and decor which provide that tropical feel. The amenities of the resort are included, in fact the check in is with the regular front desk of the hotel. The staff are very friendly. There is a good restaurant on site as well as a swimming pool. The unit includes the regular housekeeping services of the resort, 3 times weekly. The small refrigerator, microwave, and kitchen sink were functional and a good addition. The bed was comfortable. Our unit was in great condition and looked like it may have been updated somewhat recently. We would have no problem staying here again on our next visit!

It was a first time trip for one of the friends and it was a very long time since primo was back to the island. This hotel/ airbnb is central to the action and off the main path at the same time. Easy accesible to Stingray City and Rum Point and Starfish Point. All necessary amenities onsite so if you don’t want to leave you don’t need to you find a lot to do onsite. It was an awesome experience for the CayMas Carnival and fully satisfied with the space.

When we booked this we weren’t expecting an airbnb hotel connected to the Holiday Inn but we did not mind as there were great accommodations such as early check-in, immediate front desk help, restaurant at the hotel, complimentary shuttle to anywhere we wanted to go, nice location near the 7-mile beach, restaurants and excursions. We had a really great time and Victoria was very responsive to messages and questions we had prior to our trip, pleasant and friendly. We had no issues during our stay so it was overall great.

Nice place. Not luxury but clean, large and had everything we needed. The room was convenient to the resort for sure, but the actual resort is far back away from everything. We knew this going into it but was not anticipating the taxi cost being as high as they are. Like outrageous. Car rentals are pricey too. And you will want to go off the resort for eating if staying more than 1-2 nights. The resort does offer a shuttle but it is only from 10-5. Also, if you are picking this place for the beach, dont. The beach is there but not a beach to hang out on or get in the water. Its rocky, rough and alot more wind on this side of the island. The water even looks completely different than 7 mile side. If you want secluded and quiet though this is your spot. The grounds were pretty too. You book thru airbnb but deal with the actual resort for everything once there. The whole staff at the resort was PHENOMINAL! and Keira was very responsive/knowledgeable leading up to our arrival.

Omg I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS UNIT PICTURES MATCH THE ROOM WONDERFUL VIEW , GREAT STAFF , MY 1 year old and MY HUSBAND AND I HAD AN WONDERFUL STAY . DONT HESITATE JUST BOOK . GREAT LOCATION , I FELT AT HOME AWAY FROM HOME . YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED

The stay was very relaxing and I really did not have to leave thanks to the restaurant that is on site, It was quiet andllots of friendly staff!
