Work space table and chairs. There is a cosy double bed, sofa, tv and internet . Shower Room and toilet. Near Nicole’s Casa there a working yard that is quiet most of the time occasional movement of vehicles, our family house is opposite the studio.

It's in a great location: cul-de-sac, green space to the front, garden to the rear, close to shops, 5 mins walking distance to several beaches and coastal path, also near to the Goodsheds sustainable urban high street. Built new in 2017, it is a bright, spacious and contemporary home. A well decorated and comfortable place to stay. P.S. The sunsets are amazing!

Self-contained and tucked away, once inside the studio you would never know you're in the heart of Birchgrove, Cardiff, with a great range of facilities and buses just a minute’s walk away. The Shepherd’s hut and art room are close to the river. There are four self catering accommodations within the grounds each has access to their own hot tubs. The Shepherd’s hut has a shower and toilet, hair dryer, dressing gowns and a heater. Sole use of the Art room is included and has full cooking facilities, a fridge, a wood burning stove, table and sofa. It is an ideal escape for a romantic weekend. The garden is festooned with fairy lights and who are invited to feed the alpacas.
