Due to the rooms being in same location, you won’t be aware unless you zoom in on the annex price.

My home is in the lovely Westend area of Barry, a leafy suburb 5 minutes from the beautiful beaches and coastline. It’s a large Victorian house built in 1869 and retains its period features. Situated at the end of a large family garden with clear views of Boverton Castle and direct access into woodlands, with a brook a few short steps away. Our detached self contained Annex has everything you need to enjoy a stress free break. Includes private outdoor space with Bistro set, BBQ and Chiminea. local shops, bar, takeaway just a short stroll along the Brook.

Cosy studio annex

A completely self-contained annex-come-studio in our garden with access from the rear. It has everything you need for a short stay in Cardiff and is very close to lovely parks, cafes, restaurants and shops and is 25 mins walk or ten mins bus ride to town - the bus stop is right behind the annex. It is suitable for a couple, two friends (there's a pull-out single bed in the living area) or a couple with a child. We converted our garage during lockdown and created this unique and cosy space.
