Cannot thank Maggie again for going above and beyond to make our stay so perfect: we have felt so welcomed and looked after yet with complete privacy. What a clean, comfortable, well equipped and just beautiful place to stay filled with natural light, surrounded by garden and yet right in the village and so close to bigger towns and Rutland Water. I had a fantastic stay at Fleur’s flat in St. Neots. It is in the perfect location. It is in the heart of the town, less than a minute's walk to Market Square. You can walk to everything… restaurants, shops, cafes, park, marina, train station, etc.. The apartment was as described, and the photos were accurate. It was very clean. Clean linens and towels were provided. The bedrooms are a good size and comfortable. The common space might be tight if you have 4 people, but not an issue. Check-in and check-out were very simple. I was given good instructions and the keys were left in a convenient lockbox. Communication with Fleur was very efficient. This was only my fourth experience using Airbnb, but I would say by far my best experience. I highly recommend this space if you want to be in St. Neots. I hope to stay here again someday. Great stay, would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Biggleswade. Cute apartment, has everything you need. Very short walk to many pubs and restaurants. Hayley is very friendly and responsive.

Lovely spotless apartment with great access to the town. Communication from Gemma was very clear and timely.

We enjoyed our 1 night stay. Everything was as expected including milk, tea and coffee, amenities, rooms etc. We were able to flexibly check in when we wanted which was very helpful. The place was very clean and exactly as described with a helpful book on how to work everything. Great stay overall prior to the MK Marathon

Peter was very helpful. The property has everything you need, it’s close to the train station and there’s a big park nearby. I will definitely stay here if we need to come back to Banbury!

Had a lovely stay at Anthony's property. It was clean and warm and had a nice outlook over the rear garden. Anthony was attentive to any requests I had and nothing was an issue. It was convenient to walk out into the local village (pub) or to the local supermarket. No problems at all. Would stay there again if working in the area.

Stairs case difficult to navigate so wouldn’t be suitable for people with mobility issues

Had a lovely stay here with 6 of us plus a baby. Lots of room and very clean throughout. Overall a lovely place to stay and would definitely recommend. Anytime we travel up for the weekend for a Santa Pod event again, we will definitely be staying here. Thank you again to Wakene.

A really nice place for me and my family. Very clean and feels like home. My two young kids loved it. Close driving distance to Leicester centre and surrounding suburbs. Debra communicated well and was very responsive. Highly recommended!

I had booked 2 of Anjus accommodation for guests travelling from abroad to attend a wedding. Everyone loved the accommodations - they were spacious, clean and suited the needs of our guests. We had a wonderful stay! Place was exactly as presented in pictures. Iris was very responsive. She was also very helpful providing local recommendations. Area is quiet. Easily walkable tonight Hitchin train station and town. Walked into town several times for coffee, shopping, groceries and meals. Tesco Express was also walkable. Used Uber and Bolt easily to get around.

Great stay! The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and it had everything I needed for my stay. Good location for the town centre and railway station - both within easy walking distance. Being able to park directly outside was really handy too.

Myself and a colleague stayed here whilst working in the area. Apartment was spotless and ideal for us at it was a 3 minute drive to work. Apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the owners were in communication with us throughout our stay.

The apartment was excellent. Spotless and very well decorated. Easy check in and out and overall an amazing stay. The apartment is about a 5 minute walk to the city centre which is very useful. The host made the effort to go out of his way to check up on us which was very pleasing. Would defiently recommend this apartment for anyone as this is the best air bnb experience I have ever had.

This was our 3rd time at Butterfly house and it did not disappoint. David’s place really stands out to us and that’s why we always come back. His place feels so homely and put together that it’s always on our list when we think of where to go for a staycation. Debbie was amazing hosting us, such good communication and great response times.
