We are located in a peaceful neighborhood on a large well groomed lot, but are only minutes from Dollywood, shows and tourist activities, the Tanger Five Oaks Outlet Mall and dozens of restaurants.

Tranquil Tennessee Getaway

Enjoy a walkout downstairs apartment which includes a LR, additional seating area w/sleeper sofa, BR w/king bed, bathroom, dining room, kitchenette, small patio space, private entrance, & parking. The living area has a view and the décor is eclectic and updated. (This space is NOT childproofed, and NOT for small children.) It is best suited for 2 adults, but can accommodate 2 more guests (13 and over) w/sleeper sofa. Dollywood is 4 miles, GSMN park is about 12, and Pigeon Forge is 2. No pets.

Spend time here fishing in the river right outside your door, hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park 3 minutes away or taking a short drive into Knoxville for an iconic UT football game. If that doesn't fill your vacation with plenty to do, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are only a short drive away.

Nuthouse - Pickle Ball, Firepit, mountain views

The Nuthouse is an oversized studio that boasts a king size bed, hide a bed couch, dining room table with 4 chairs, full bathroom and everything you need for a peaceful vacation. Even though it's a studio, it's large enough to not be crowded. The view from the windows of Mt. Laconte are beautiful. There are 12 acres that you can hike on and even a small outside chapel and gazebo to be used for an outside wedding (at an extra cost and it needs to be approved beforehand).
