The Little Cabin by the Lake

Relax and unwind in our cosy woodland cabin, a peaceful hideaway nestled beside a tranquil lake and surrounded by ancient trees. Enjoy morning coffee or outdoor dining on the large decking area or just relax whilst fishing. In spring, the woods come alive with bluebells and delicate flowers, creating enchanting mornings and nature-filled days. In summer, bask in long golden evenings; in autumn, watch the leaves turn rich shades over the lake. Ideal for couples seeking peace, nature, and comfort.

The Orangery, Organic Vineyard stay with pool.

The Orangery is a studio space situated at Coes Farm an organic vineyard and orchard making natural wines and ciders and offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room. We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

Step outside to gentle ripples, watch wildlife, or visit East Hoathly village with its café, shop, and pub just minutes away.

The Cottage, Dovedale Farm, Crowborough, TN6 1UT

This beautifully presented two bedroom detached cottage is situated within close proximity of Crowborough Town Centre and approximately 7 miles from the vibrant heart of Tunbridge Wells with popular shops, bars and restaurants. This characterful property is set amongst 4 acres of mature landscaped gardens which encompasses a private fishing lake. Along with 2 double bedrooms, this separate annex also comprises its own courtyard garden, ample parking as well as stunning views of the garden.

Unwind in the rooftop Hot Tub after a day of wandering the Bluebell Woods, playing Crazy Golf on site, exploring the nearby Ashdown Forest or the local Vineyard for Wine Tasting or enjoying the onsite Ice Cream parlour. The bus boasts a super comfy double bed downstairs and European sized bunks up top! Heating upstairs & Down, as well as heated blankets to keep it nice and cozy in the colder months! The Loft at Little Park Farm offers an idyllic retreat in over 20 acres of private countryside, the perfect escape for a relaxed and enjoyable break in the natural beauty of Sussex. The farm offers a mosaic of habitats thriving with wildlife; with woodland walks, duckponds, and ornate gardens for you to explore. Our Shetland ponies or Boer goats will happily join you. The Loft is a lovingly refurbished and well-equipped self-contained annex with a private garden. Many close attractions.

Large deck and sun-loungers by the swimming pond. We use the garden too, it’s part of our home but there is plenty of opportunity for privacy.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Taylor’s Lodge is set in beautiful surroundings overlooking a private lake. We have ducks, chickens, two cats and a friendly dog. Enjoy feeding the fish, you might even see the heron on his daily visit! No fishing please. We are set in 4 acres with beautiful walks to Buxted Park, Ashdown Forest. There are two pubs within a short walk, both excellent food. Our lodge is fitted out to provide a comfortable stay with nature in abundance.

Stylishly fitted and eco-friendly, our detached, self-contained cottage is in a very rural location. There are no other holiday cottages on the farm. Situated in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on a sheep farm of 23 acres (which you are free to roam), this is a real get-away-from-it-all location. One of the most peaceful and relaxing places you will ever stay. With underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove you will be cosy whatever the weather.
