Studio C is accessible by a set of 20 stairs that may be too steep for some.

Feed the cows, read a book on the beach, take a hike or mountain bike in the trails, nap on the porch, fish for bluegills in our lake, race the pig, skip rocks/canoe in the creek, have a bonfire (S'mores provided) & stargaze the evening sky!

Swanky Downtown Loft

Unique downtown studio loft with balcony overlooking the Cedar River. Loft sleeps up to 4 adults, one queen sized bed and 2 high quality full sized futons (pack and play available upon request for small children). Located right down town with shopping and night life steps away. This unit does not have a full kitchen. (small sink, small fridge/freezer, pizzaz, microwave, and electric griddle are in the bar area) Public Parking located off of 1st St NE to the North of Bremer Ave.

The Barn

The Barn is a private apartment in the upper level of our barn, with a separate entrance. The beautifully decorated space includes living & dining room, a kitchenette, bath, and two bedrooms. Our acreage is nestled on 4 acres on the edge of town surrounded by farm fields. Where you can enjoy a cup of coffee while enjoying the amazing sunrises or have a night cap with the cool breeze on the back deck. End the night around the bonfire & stargaze the evening sky. Lots to do!

This space is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath with laundry, kitchen, dining room and living room. Bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs. Kitchen and Dining Room on main floor. We are located on 9 acres just inside the city limits of Cedar Falls. Just 1 1/2 miles west of the University of Northern Iowa Campus. We are located 10 minutes from shopping, restaurants, and more! Please book by number of people staying over in the Airbnb as the price goes up by number of people staying.
