Waterfront and close to Granite Peak. Lake feel. In the City of Wausau on the Wis River in a quiet neighborhood with an up north feel. Summer kayaks and paddle boat available . Dock out back for your boat. So much to do. And downtown Wausau 4 minutes away. Fall has changing of the leaves. Winter we are 10 min to Granite Peak ski hill. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Relax or keep busy with a list of events and places provided in a folder at the cottage .

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The home is only 2 blocks from bars and restaurants and less than 5 blocks from Historic Downtown Wausau. This quiet, 4 bedroom lake house is not only on the water, but a short, five minute drive to Rib Mountain Skiing, a three minute drive to a boat launch, as well as everything Rib Mountain has to offer; shopping, restaurants, night life, and various outdoor activities. It has everything you need to make your holiday warm, comfortable and full of bliss! Cleaning fee credited for all stays 7 days or longer. We can also set up the basement living room area to be a work space.

It comfortably sleeps 6 guests in its two bedrooms, and full size mattress in the cozy, low-ceiling loft. This cabin is surrounded by a large yard, with a gazebo and firepit. The gazebo has a grill, with a table and 6 chairs. If you love the quiet woods setting, this will definitely be a favorite!
