It is located just one mile from downtown Watkins Glen and minutes from the Seneca Lake Wine, Beer and Cheese trails. It is a unique property as the local 9-hole golf course is located in our backyard. There is a serene creek and waterfall located on the property that is worth your exploration. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, bakeware, dinnerware, silverware, and drinking glasses. Guests can use the stove/oven, microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, and dishwasher. Dishwasher detergent is provided as well as garbage bags. Please respect the no pets policy.

Large boulder fire pit, park style grill and picnic table for your enjoyment. Wild apple trees, blueberries and wildlife all around. 50 acre lake for fishing or paddling and trails for walking.
