the apartment was very nice with the exception the stove didn't work there was at least a hot plate to cook on the upstairs neighbors sounds like they are herding cattle sometimes but not while quiet time but overall I enjoyed the stay

I stayed for 2 months at 228 spaces. The room was clean and well kept as per the description. It has a open for all kitchennet which was what I needed besides the room. Denise was a great host!

We had a nice stay. Very quiet. We felt like we had the whole building to ourselves. Very clean and comfortable.

The perfect little studio space. Exactly what we needed and close to Main Street. Would stay again!

Very nice place clean and quite! Only a few things that could be done, more towels, the internet did not work so no tv and if anyone uses the dishwasher don’t use the steam dry it smokes and stinks up the apartment! Other than that I would stay here again!

For the price, you can’t beat this place, it is clean and comfortable and in a great location. The only constructive feedback I can offer is: no toaster as described, no art on the walls as shown online, and the shower head is very confusing. I would love to see more space to hang clothes and towels. Other than that, It was perfect for the price!

Nice tiny apartment in a great location. It is near everything you could need. The apartment is small, but well equipped for a short stay. Denice is a fantastic host! She is super responsive and helpful! She went out of her way to make sure everything was great for me. My only complaint was the internet was a bit spotty at times. I work remotely, and it didn’t cause any real problems, but it was a bit annoying with video calls. Overall, I would absolutely recommend!

Clean and a unique feel. This is just a place to lay your head while exploring the city or if you just need a rest. Price was fair compared to Hotel, but has none of the creature comforts that you would get for a few more bucks. HOWEVER I would stay again because it is exactly as advertised and again the price was fair.

I had a great stay. The room was exactly as described and it was a good location for the hospital I was studying at. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a stove and washer and dryer downstairs that are available to use. Except for 2 moments (in the month I was there), the neighbors are quiet and friendly. I would recommend staying here if you need a place. My only complaint was that I couldn't open my window because people were always smoking outside of it and the smoke would come into my room. Inside of the building is smoke free though and I understand that you can't control people outside of the building. Anyway, I had a great stay and if I'm ever back in town I'll probably stay here again!
