Private entrance leads you to a gorgeous apartment with a fully supplied kitchen, warm electric fireplace and outdoor eating area (small gas grill). The space is perfect for a couple or two friends to take in our local flavors, such as hiking, mountain/gravel biking, or catching up over beverages from our local breweries and wineries. Quiet studio on a secluded 5 acres only 3 miles from town. Kick back and relax by the pool in the warmer months, or in the hot tub in the cooler months. Small trails lead to the creek running along the property, maybe you'll even catch a glimpse of the deer or turkey that wander thru...we've even seen a lil bear once! There is an apartment above the studio, so we ask that you be mindful of those guests if occupied. *The studio got a make-over! As of 10/6/20, we will no longer be hosting pets*

The Appalachian Trail is just a stone's throw away. We respect your privacy. No smoking is allowed and internet access is from your own hot-spot. The studio includes a satellite TV, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The queen-size bed and skylight make Rose End a cozy escape.

This full apartment is located above the barn. It is convenient to downtown Leesburg, Morven Park, and Loudoun's many wineries, breweries and festivals. Most suitable for adults seeking to relax, recharge, and rekindle in a rustic environment. There is generally very good cell service but there is no Wifi.
