Located 15 minutes to the gate of Zion National Park. Leave your worries behind while staying in this beautiful new construction studio unit with Stellar views of Zion from our yard! We back up to The Virgin River behind the house and thousands of acres of BLM land with plenty of trails for mountain biking and hiking just out your door! So quiet and private away from the noise just listen to the river and enjoy the views while sipping coffee or cocktails on the patio. I live upstairs if needed.

Located directly on the Virgin River with stunning views in every direction of Zion NP & Gooseberry Mesa right from the peaceful backyard! Experience wildlife, unobstructed sunrises/sunsets and incredible night skies! ZNP only 15 miles away. Access BLM trails right from the property for biking, etc., or stay here on the secluded backyard beach, soaking or tubing in the Virgin River. *So sorry, no pet policy is firm. **Owners live upstairs, overhead noise can occasionally be heard.

This unique place has a style all its own. Awesome views, great location, super cozy tiny house. Relax after a trip to Zion just 30 minutes away. Local coffee shop and grocery store walking distance. Amazing hikes and bike trails across the street. The famous Gooseberry bike trail is a 10 minute drive. The Red Bull rampage event is just minutes away. Private pond and access to Laverkin creek. Fishing is permitted, come catch some large mouth Bass and Blue Gill
