Welcome to the Reliance Retreat in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley! Our luxurious space is inviting and tranquil. Whether you're just passing through or need some peace and quiet away from the city, this cozy house has an amazing mountain view we know you'll enjoy. The house sleeps two and includes all the amenities you'll need in every area of the home. We hope you'll grab a book, your favorite snacks and find yourself a cozy spot whether it's inside, on the patio, or out by the fire pit

Shenandoah Mountain House (Guest Suite)

Smells of the forest. Sights of the mountain. Conveniences of home. Welcome to our little secret in Shenandoah! Our chalet is situated on the hills surrounding Shenandoah Valley. Walk 25 minutes to the river. Drive 10 minutes to the national park entrance and Skyline Drive. Roads are in excellent condition year-round. Your guest suite is on the ground floor, recently finished, with a private entrance (separate from the main house), with access to outdoor space, deck, swings, fire pit etc.

This gorgeous chalet perched on a high hill is surrounded with trees and features an enormous wrap-around deck, HOT TUB, wood-burning fireplace, huge smart TVs and a GAME ROOM for adults and kids with every fun game you can imagine- pool, ping pong, PacMan video arcades, darts and more. Each bed is new and there are king beds and trundle beds to accommodate visitors of all ages. Please note there is an extra charge of $75 for first dog, $25/ea for 2nd/3rd (2nd/3rd dog fees charged later).

The Cottage

Need some time to refresh? Spending time in the foothills of the Skyline Drive at our cozy cottage may be for you. Well behaved dogs are welcome but not on furniture. The driveway is long and home is very secluded. Winter access will be subject to weather conditions. Driveway does not get plowed and gets rutty during rainy periods. Cell service is spotty on Browntown road. The cottage has a landline and wifi. Use your wifi calling feature for cell phone use. More info under photos.

Plan your hikes and day trips and then come back to enjoy the hot tub. Play table tennis inside our air conditioned/heated garage, badminton outside or simply chill and enjoy the views.

Down a country road, past where the blacktop ends, this modernized cabin is a short walk to the river’s edge for fishing, swimming, or a private campfire. The house is just a few miles from Shenandoah River Outfitters. It is a 30-minute drive from Luray and an entrance to Shenandoah National Park.
