The 1st floor has a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace a bedroom w/ a queen size bed, the only bathroom on the 1st floor. 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms one with twin beds and 1 master bedroom with a queen bed.

We will strive to make your trip enjoyable and comfortable! This is a two unit home. There is a downstairs unit as well that is completely separate.

This is one of the last remaining structures for this town along with the barn and house across the street. Fully Private Studio basement apartment. Private entrance. Beautiful 1 acre yard with lots of trees, and a small creek. Wonderful place for birdwatching! The apartment is fully private, with a separate entrance but is attached to my personal residence. *The floor mattress is only appropriate for 5'2" and below. *The stairs to access the apartment are steep and may present problems for those with mobility issues. Long term stays on a case by case basis.
