私たちのアパートは2020年に建てられ、エウクの中心部にあります。一方では、鉄道駅とブラマ・マズルショッピングモールから10分、もう一方では、湖のほとりのエルクの遊歩道まで5分です。大きな無料駐車場は、Armii Krajowej 14 通り（施設から50メートル）にあります。追加の利点は、店舗（100〜150メートル）の近接性です。大型食品ディスカウント店と、有名チェーンの小さな店舗が週7日営業しています。
