Silver Fox Barn, Chatton, near Bamburgh

Silver Fox Barn is a stone barn conversion in the hamlet of Hetton Hall, near Chatton, which we fell in love with and fully refurbished in 2015. If you want peace and quiet, fresh country air, and an abundance of wildlife, this is for you. Warm and cosy, with beamed ceilings and a log fire, the Barn is furnished with hand-crafted furniture by Indigo, comfy modern sofas, and finishing touches of local and historical interest. Ground floor - Entrance hall with cloaks and WC. Snug room with TV, DVD and games. Farmhouse style kitchen with pine table, range cooker with electric oven and gas hob, combi microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and French doors opening out to the enclosed front garden and patio area. Lounge with wood burning stove, TV with Freeview, DVD and arch over patio doors leading to the rear enclosed garden. First floor - Bedroom 1 with a Super king-size bed, en-suite shower room, heated towel rail and WC, and walk-in dressing room. Bedroom 2 with a Super king-size bed. Bedroom 3 with Twin beds. Bathroom with over bath shower, heated towel rail and WC. Services - Electricity and oil central heating included. Logs fully provided in garden log store. Wi-Fi. Shaver point. Duvets with linen and towels. Off road parking for 3 cars. Shop/pub 3 miles in Chatton or Belford. Availability - All year, normally a minimum of 7 nights, but short breaks are possible by arrangement.

Set in 800 acres of rolling Northumberland farmland, with stunning country views of the Cheviot Hills and NE coast line, The Whinny is an exceptional location & the perfect rural retreat for families and couples. Half a mile up a farm track, the cottage, is just 10 minutes from the historic market town of Alnwick & 15 minutes from nearest beach. ideally placed for exploring all the sites and local experiences, this beautiful county has to offer. Two doggies welcome. Dog sitting option available.

Cosy cottage in beautiful Branxton

PLEASE NOTE: Bookings between 3 May - 1 September ‘25 are 7 nights only with Saturday check-in. It may appear otherwise on our calendar due to an Airbnb glitch. Our lovely holiday home, Mary's Cottage, is set in the beautiful North Northumberland countryside just a few miles from the Scottish Borders. Tughall Steads is a former coastal farm steading surrounded by countryside. Ideal for a relaxing break, a base for walking and exploring the wonderful Northumbrian Coastline, family holiday or romantic weekend!Cowslip is perfectly located to explore the popular Seahouses, Bamburgh, and Alnwick, but lovely to come back to the tranquility and kick back and enjoy!

The Granary, Bog Mill Cottages, edge of Alnwick

Visit England Gold award winning cottage. A beautiful, modern and tastefully converted stone barn retaining much of its original character and charm. The Granary is one of 3 holiday cottages converted from the former farm buildings of Bog Mill. Bog Mill is no longer a working farm. All three cottages are completely self contained with each cottage having their own individual garden areas, parking areas and garden furniture. The cottages do not not overlook each other or share any facilities.

The cottage has been lovingly refurbished to a high standard. Ideally suited to couples or small family looking for peace and quiet away from the main tourist towns. Located in a former stable court yard with its own private garden with covered terrace to enjoy.

Northumberland, Inglenook Cottage - up to 4 guests

Hi, I'm Inglenook Cottage, you can come to me for a complete self catering experience. I have great views and I'm not far from the beach. You’ll love me because of the cosiness, the views, and the location. Im good for couples, solo adventurers, families and furry friends (pets). 10 mins north of Alnwick - so visit the castle where Harry Potter was filmed. Walking is amazing here. You can visit Bamburgh Castle too. The coastline is beautiful or go and grab some crab in Craster.

Charlie's Place - for Countryside and Coast

If, like us, you enjoy countryside and coast then Charlie's Place could be the perfect place for you. Our pretty, traditional Northumberland cottage is in the historic village of Belford. The Northumberland Way is on our doorstep and beaches and castles galore are only a few minutes drive away. Our cottage is positioned a couple of minutes stroll from the village centre and has wonderful views of open countryside from the garden. website (Website hidden by Airbnb)

Poppy Cottage Embleton

Situated in a quiet courtyard in the centre of the picturesque village of Embleton on the North Northumberland Coast. Poppy Cottage sleeps 4 plus cot in two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both bedrooms are upstairs. Family bathroom with bath and over bath shower, the bathroom has underfloor heating and a heated towel rail. Downstairs there is an open plan sitting room, kitchen and dining room. Small enclosed gated patio/garden to the front of the property.
