Superdome 3 blocks. 2,500 SF A full floor of a restored warehouse — exposed brick, steel and timber beams, and a row of arched historic windows that fill the room with green light off the tree canopy. Three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, white marble throughout, and a freestanding soaking tub set against the original brick. Roughly 415 square feet per guest. Nobody shares a bathroom here. Controlled access to a street-level lobby w/ marble floors & stacked stone walls. Elevator opens directly into unit!

Elegant Flat in Historic Lower Garden District

This Victorian era apartment has great natural light, huge windows, antique furniture, high ceilings, great architectural detail. Queen size bed with Casper mattress, well appointed kitchen with cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, cookware, dishes, flatware. All linens, towels, products provided. The front balcony overlooking Race St, two doors from Magazine St and MoJo Coffee, is a great place for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Wonderfully walkable neighborhood.

Welcome to the Warehouse District! Here, picturesque store fronts and white tablecloth dining line the streets, music streams through the vibrant streets, and all the attractions that New Orleans has to offer is a short ride away. Embrace the city in your private 3 bedroom apartment with secure entry in a beautifully reimagined historic building. Please note, this building is a 2nd floor walk-up with no elevator.
