Yarra Sounds is a stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom period home set within a stone's throw of the Yarra River with clear views of the towering Mount Little Joe. Here, you can take a load off your mind. Relax by the fire or unwind with a drink on the back deck while you listen to the water below and nature above. Located close to the town centre, it's a casual 15-minute walk along the River Trail, over the historic Swing Bridge to Warburton's strip of cafes, restaurants, and antique stores.

Our 3 bedroom plus studio (4th bedroom available on request) is nestled high in the ferns with daily visits from cockatoos, king parrots, rosellas, kookaburras and more. Be seduced by the secluded softness of a cool climate rainforest where privacy, peace and relaxation are the order of the day. Relax in sumptuous interiors by a wood fire or in the outdoor two person spa framed by forest views and fairy lights. Wine on arrival, fresh spring water, sourdough and free range eggs from our farm are provided to enhance your stay.

Cloud house

With breathtaking views overlooking Mount Victoria, this 1950s home has been lovingly restored and modernised into an open plan, bright space. Only a few minutes walk to the Main Street of Warburton, you can stroll into town or just sit on the large deck and listen to the many birds in the surrounding trees. An open kitchen with German appliances, a wood heater for cozy nights and a king bed for watching the many cloud formations that drift by makes this getaway so memorable.

Couple’s Bush Haven

This stylish light filled space set in the peaceful bush is designed for you to reconnect. It’s time for you to drop in with yourself and your lover .. in the outside bath for two that looks down the gully, or getting cosy by the fire. You can swim in the river 5 minutes away, cook in or walk through the Forest to the gorgeous Home Hotel for dinner. The driveway is shared with another house on the property, but once you enter the cabin you will feel privacy and nature.

Mr Oak Warburton

Mr Oak was designed to enjoy a quiet, relaxed, picturesque experience. The house is furnished in a blend of industrial and vintage finds however is simple and uncluttered. It is a honest and rustic space but that's why we love it and hope you will too. It is located only a short walk down the hill to the river, shops and restaurants. If you love simple stylish living you’ll love this gorgeous space. A beautiful view, a gorgeous little shack to make your weekend a treat.
