Chollerton lies only one mile north of the World Heritage site of Hadrian's Wall and the flat provides a charming and secluded base from which to explore beautiful Northumberland.

On the doorstep is the Tyne Valley and historic Corbridge. The market town of Hexham is only 1.5 miles away , with its majestic Abbey, the Old Gaol and market place and an abundance of cafes and restaurants, a pleasant walk if you want to leave the car behind. Hadrian,s wall, forts and visitors centres are all on the doorstep.

Swinburne Castle is perfectly situated within its own beautiful parkland and gardens. Traditionally decorated, parts of the house have tremendous history dating back to the 12th century. The east wing is extremely comfortable and private, and don't be perturbed by the stone steps leading down to the vaulted cellar. In the mornings you can look forward to a delicious breakfast in the formal dining room. There is ample parking and a tennis court you are welcome to use.
