Pots/pans, dishes and even a crock pot and waffle maker stock the kitchen. You will have a private fenced in front area with a seating area and artificial grass. We have built this home to welcome you as our friends and keep you comfortable. The home is located in a dog friendly neighborhood. * we do decorate for major US holidays

Quiet, level in botanical garden setting...hummingbirds... convenient washer/dryer and dishwasher. Walk to UC, Peets, Cheese Board, Saul's, Chez Panisse and Fava. Groceries: Andronico's, Magnani Poultry, Monterey Fish and Produce…. Bay views from garden, private rd, parking on request/see House Policies. We're scrupulous on clean. Exotic getaway in Sobrante hills

This is Mongolian traditional yurt when we married 40 years ago, our parents built it for us. It is located in our backyard about 90 feet from the street on the deck under pine trees. Path to the yurt has 12 steps and 15 degree up on some part of the deck. We have beautifully decorated, half around, eclectic full bathroom outside the yurt just 2 steps away. Yurt has low front door and low beds and seats. No tv, no wifi. It is out of your comfort zone! No human contact, self check in.

This unique, well equipped, 1 Bed cute little studio (that we love) is detached and fenced off from our main house. It has a separate entrance through a side gate and it's own private rear deck, with a seating and dining area... that overlooks Sausal Creek and Dimond Park. The tall willow that grows along the creek gives the deck the perfect amount of privacy and with the tranquil sound of the creek flowing (not during dry season) you would almost forget you are in an urban city.
