"The Lake House"...a place of relaxation

The Lake House" is on Blue Waters Lake. The unit is on the bottom level of the house with fabulous views and direct access to the lake and walking track. Infants and children are not offered accommodation due to the proximity to the lake. It consists of a modern, spacious living room with kitchenette, bedroom and ensuite. There is a beautiful garden with an outlook over the lake and an alfresco with a BBQ for guests to use. Kerrie lives upstairs. Sorry, no early check ins.☺️

The Waterfront - The beach at your doorstep!

Absolute Waterfront Oasis, right across the road from the golden beach and pristine waters of St Leonard’s. Fully furnished complete with quality linen and bedding. Short walk to the iconic pier and pub and the shops and cafes. Plenty of off street parking and a double garage and room to park your boat or jetski. Beautiful beach out front and a nature salt lake out back, ideal location for your next get away. Fabulous location surrounded by world class dinning and wineries.

Conwy Cottage

This is a very clean & spacious self-contained bungalow with kitchen, ensuite and lounge area. Beds provided are 1 Queen, 1double sofa & 1 single. It is set on a private, shared hectare property with private access and access to a solar-heater pool and tennis court. While we are here if you need anything, we respect your space and privacy. The property location is walking distance to Blue Waters Lake,Barwon River Estuary, local cafes, Boat ramp and Ocean Grove beach.

Kick back, relax and make yourself at home in this spacious two-storey property perfectly positioned just a 20-minute walk from the main beach of Ocean Grove. Nearby shops, cafes and attractions are just waiting to be explored or you can simply gather with loved ones on the balcony and admire picturesque views over the Blue Water Lake Reserve, which you can access from the backyard. Directly across the road is a grassed picnic area with a playground for the kids.
