Self contained annex on Dartmoor National Park

We are positioned on the very edge of Dartmoor, with the national cycle path 50 mtrs from the gate and walking distance to the adjacent villages of Yelverton & Horrabridge. The annex is a converted stable block and offers our guests the comfort of a newly developed facility, with kitchenette, sofa area, bedroom space and luxury shower room. The Annex will provide you with all of the comforts of home, while you concentrate on enjoying the beauty of the surrounding area. We are bias, but love it!

The Grade II listed former Wesleyan Sunday School retains many of its original features and has been recently refurbished to a high standard with a contemporary interior including a large ensuite bedroom with dressing area and glass partition giving a mezzanine feel to the beautiful open-plan living space. Dartmoor Den perfect location for Moor exploring

Situated in Dartmoor national park with beautiful views from this detached, self-contained annex with private patio, garden, bike store and parking. The Dartmoor Den is a charming, newly converted annex that offers self catering accommodation in the quiet hamlet of Grenofen. Downstairs is open plan with a fully equipped new kitchen and cosy living/dining area, cloakroom/toilet and private garden. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with views across Dartmoor and an en-suite bathroom/wet room.

Beautiful Dartmoor house, idyllic moorland setting

The Old National School is a Grade II listed house, nestled in the beautiful hamlet of Sampford Spiney, located within Dartmoor National Park. Dating from 1585, the house sits in an idyllic spot between the Church and picturesque Sampford Manor. Originally the Church hall, it became the parish school in 1887 until 1923. It was only in the 1960’s that it became a residential dwelling. With its varied history, the house is quirky, with its lovely spacious rooms hinting at its eclectic history.

Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. Our home is set on Dartmoor National Park surrounded by some of the UK’s most stunning scenery. The house is light and spacious with a well kept garden overlooking beautiful Dartmoor. Plenty of parking as well. There are many different walks straight from our doorstep, and many cycle routes. Ten minute drive away is Tavistock an ancient pannier market town. Five minutes walk to the local pub. So many Devon attractions within driving distance and about an hour to Devon and Cornish coasts.

Dartmoor cottage - perfect for walkers & cyclists

Forget your worries in this spacious yet cosy cottage. Next to the owners' house, the cottage is of an excellent standard with views of the fields and dramatic hills of Dartmoor beyond. Easy access to walking trails, reservoirs, and historic sites. Yelverton is a few minutes drive and has a good butcher, Co-op, Post Office, pubs and is close to the market town of Tavistock and the city of Plymouth, making it ideal for both outdoor activities and exploring Devon's history and coast.

A little unique gem full of character to enjoy

The Forge is a unique place full of character set at the edge of Dartmoor and only 2 miles from the market town of Tavistock. The Forge is a great place for cyclists and walkers, or if you just want to get away from it all. The Cornish Coast is not far and the city of Plymouth full of history is just a short car journey. Tavistock has the markets and lovely cafes and restaurants. The Forge has a log burner to snuggle up next too on those chilly evenings and a garden to enjoy.

Situated in a rural location with stunning views across the Tamar Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, half a mile from the picturesque village of Milton Combe (with excellent pub) and one mile from the Dartmoor National Park. The house has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 people.

It is the perfect location for exploring Dartmoor and enjoying nearby restaurants and pubs.

SITUATION AND DESCRIPTION A delightfull Apartment tucked into a quiet corner in a small village on Dartmoor's western fringe. Dousland lies just to the east of the larger centre of Yelverton where there is a selection of shops including a supermarket, butchers, doctor's surgery, post office, garage, hairdressers, pharmacy, public house and estate agent! Dousland borders open moorland with Burrator reservoir within a couple of miles.
