We had a wonderfully relaxing week at the cottage right on the water! It was cozy and comfortable with all the amenities one needs. Our hosts were very responsive, provided a compilation of restaurants and "things to see and do" in the area - a very useful guide. We had fun exploring our surrounding areas and ate some incredible food! A fun-filled, yet relaxing time away - perfect!! We would highly recommend a stay with Cynthia and Dana! Thank you - - -

Staying at Paul and Shankari’s retreat home was lovely. There was plenty of space for all of us (about 14 people) and the hosts left us great instructions and amenities.

This home is centrally located on the coast with many options to explore! Just within a 10 minute radius, there is over a handful of beaches, parks and trails. The home is very comfortable and accessible, with a great layout. It was like visiting Granny's house, in all good ways!The kitchen is a cook's haven with most every tool and gadget you could think of. Bathroom is large and spacious, and the 1/2 bath is a great convenience too. Almost everything is labeled so you don't have to guess where/what things are. We loved the many activities and books for kids, cooking on the grill and hanging on the porch watching the beautiful wild birds at the feeder. The dead-end road and surrounding neighborhood make for a great morning walk. Christian is close by if any problems arise or if you need anything, and a very hospitable and kind host. We would gladly stay here again.

Jane is a wonderful host. She is very communicative and proactive. Her home is well kept, clean, and very well stocked. She is quick to respond to any questions. Her home is cozy and comfortable. The beds are comfortable, and the living areas are perfect for spending family time. This is our second stay with Jane and we are thankful her home was available while we attended senior activities at MMA. It is truly a home away from home. We fully recommend Jane's home (and Jane!) for your trip to Castine.

This was my second stay at Jeff and Mary’s farmhouse. It just feels like home.

Jeremy and Ellen are fantastic hosts. Very communicative during booking and prior to arrival with suggestions of what to do (we were travelling from the UK). We stayed for 16 nights and the house felt like home - it has everything you need. Absolutely fantastic place to stay and we really recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay! Denis was very kind and helpful! He made me gf’s birthday very special! When we plan our next trip, we will be sure to stay here if it’s free!! Just amazing!!

We enjoyed our stay in Patty's place. It was comfortable , especially the bed in the front room. There was a very large outdoor area and a nearby dog-friendly walking trail. The house, situated in a beautiful rural area, was still close enough to retail stores, restaurants, and gas. As we did a long-term rental from January to March, we very much appreciated that the place was warm and that the long driveway was always ploughed out every time after it stopped snowing. Wifi is very reliable. Patty was responsive to our requests and questions.

We had such a good time at Toki's place! She is incredibly kind and communicative, and the Airbnb is beautiful. We went to Acadia National Park, which is about 1hr and 20 min away without traffic. Definitely reccomend, and I would book here again!

Perfect place, great communication, exactly as shown. No issues. Family vacation with adult children, place was perfect, loved the open kitchen/living room to play games and enjoy everyones company. Close to town, close to Acadia NP (which was our reason for vacation) loved everything about the place

This adorable addition to the family’s quaint farmhouse was cozy, warm and immaculately clean. Every detail was spot on. Kitchen was fully functional, as if you were in your own home. Luxurious linens and towels. Bed was very comfortable. Met all of our expectations and more! Beautiful property and close to Camden Harbour.

Robert’s place is amazing! If you’re looking for a place to feel at home, while away from home, then this is it! My brother & I are here for work & have stayed several different places so far we enjoyed staying with Robert so much, that we booked for another month.

Douglas’s home was clean, inviting, and easily accessible, and he was responsive and extremely helpful! The apartment was adorable and close to everything. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone thinking about staying in the Camden area.

Had a wonderful time retreating at the Heron’s Nest. Robin was extremely pleasant and her space provided the perfect environment for privacy and a very “off the grid” (with heat/hot water and wifi) feel <3. i will be returning and recommending this space forever!

Bohni’s place is exactly what my wife and I were looking for - somewhere out in the woods on the water with a hot tub close to all the amazing little towns we love - Belfast, Camden, Rockland, etc. Bohni was one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. We felt horrible because we got half way home and realized we forgot to take the trash out :( I would highly recommend her adorable home.

Lori’s is exactly what we need while visiting family over a holiday. She is very gracious to host us over Thanksgiving as the last occupants of the year. Even during a snow storm, her place is cosy and beautiful. This is our second year coming, and we love it every time. We would recommend it for those looking for a charming getaway from busy life. The cabin was as advertised, location and accommodations. Nice and peaceful, isolated and dark at night. Bring your head lamps and flashlights and enjoy a great night’s sleep and rustic lounging around accommodations.

We loved our stay at the cabin! Slept better than we do back home. Wish we could’ve stayed longer, but this was a perfect location for us to have as a base for 2 nights surrounding our day spent at Acadia Nat’l Park (only an hour away!). Beautiful property and surroundings, truly loved the outdoor shower in nature. Most pristine camping toilet I’ve ever seen, bar none! Hosts do a great job maintaining cleanliness between guests. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a FANTASTIC time here!! My girlfriend and I spent five days in AirBnbs across the coast of Maine and Canada and this was our favorite by far!! The cabin is SO cute, the bed was really comfy, the bathroom was everything we needed, and the hot tub/fire pit overlooking the mountain sunset was *chefs kiss*. We spent our morning reading from the tarot cards and drinking the organic coffee that was in the cabin, and feel so lucky to have finished our trip on a high note by staying here. Check out was super easy as well! Would definitely come back :)

Amazing stay. 20 minutes from Belfast with great restaurants. 1 hour from Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. The place was very nice and relaxing. I would 100% come back again.

This was a fantastic stay—quiet, quaint, and cozy. The cabin felt secluded but was within a 20 minute drive to downtown Camden. Bonny was a very responsive and communicative host. Highly recommend!

We had a very restful three days at Rod’s lovely cabin. This is a fantastic place to stay for those seeking to experience the midcoast area for what it is (without all the tourist traps and hustle and bustle that you’ll find in Bar Harbor area). Don’t sleep on this gem!
