Tiny House Sanctuary Chalet in parklike grounds

This fully self-contained chalet (3km from central Kerikeri) has a magical tranquil setting with wide glass doors opening out onto a beautiful private garden. The Chalet (the main accommodation) has one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, lounge and laundry, but there is also a separate bedroom (with its own toilet) which opens off the chalet carpark for those wanting more space. Located in country close to Kerikeri, in park-like gardens within a small cattle & sheep farm. Cottage set up for 2 people but can accommodate 4 (or 2 individuals) using the pull out sofa in the living area and using the bathroom through the bedroom. Please tell us if sofa bed is required. Separate bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, coffee maker, Wifi, TV. Well located for guests to experience the best of the Bay of Islands. Continental breakfast ingredients are available for guests' preparation.

We are more than happy to cater any meals on (timely) request. The studio is separated from the main home, and is adjoined with the garage. It has a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a sunny, private deck out front.
