Villa Verde is situated in a family house and consist of 4 apartments on ground and the 2nd floor. The apartments also have a swimming pool in the garden at their disposal as well as an outdoor roofed terrace with dining area and barbecue/grill facilities. The pool is filled with saltwater, without the addition of chlorine. The owners also live in the property.

It has a fully equipped kitchen with living room, one bedroom, bathroom and an amazing outdoor place with private pool, BBQ and a place with lounge chairs. It can take up to three guests. The apartment is fully furnished and has everything for an amazing vacation.

The house is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, just a couple of minutes walking from the pedesitran area and about 10-15 minutes from the beaches. Guests have access to two swimming pools. Room is located on the 1st floor, overlooking the pools. It has a private bathroom and terrace. There is no kitchen but there is a small fridge and water kettle.

Apartment Grota is located 5 km from Poreč, a city of historical sights and culture and gives you the opportunity for varrios sports activities. The apartment is located in a building with 4 apartments sourranded with beautiful green garden. The apartment has two floors. Each room has its own air condition.
