Guests have access to a wonderful private garden, situated just 40 m from the house (accessible by stairs). Local beach is accessible just a few steps from the garden. From the very beginning, it was clear that this would be a family business that would be transferred to their daughters, but later also to their grandchildren. Vacation house Kate will enchant you with its fascinating sea view. You can enjoy the sea view while relaxing on the sun loungers. It is located 250m from the nearest beach. It can accommodate 5-6 people. The holiday home has a dining room, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and two terraces. There is also an outdoor grill. It is fully air-conditioned, each room has its own air conditioning and heating. Pets are welcome.

Senj has neither industry nor pollutants. The guests in Senj feel safe. There is no danger of the crime - you can safely walk around during the day and at night. Senj is not a typical tourist destination; there are no big hotels or crowds. On the beaches and in the restaurants you can always find a place. Senj is interesting for guests traveling to Dalmatia, the Dalmatian islands and Dubrovnik, so they can take a break halfway.

We are located at the very South of Punat with the beach being at the tip of your toes (30 m away)! Our friendly host Dino will always be at your disposal for advice and any questions you have.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
