Very nice and quiet space not far from Zion entrance. Clean! Utah is weird and you can’t buy wine where beer is sold or something? Did not have it at the closest grocery store or gas station, but you can get whatever else you need closeby! Just a warning to wine moms, get your wine before you get to La Verkin. =P

We loved our stay at Isaac's!! Just close enough to the strip that we went daily but could sit outside and enjoy the peace and quiet at his house when we wanted to. It's about 15 minutes to Caesar's Palace parking garage. Couldn't get better value!

Had a great stay! The home was well stocked with everything we could need. Close proximity to Zion. Quiet neighborhood that was walkable for our pup. Would definitely stay again! Thanks to Bailey for all the local recs.

Andi’s home is beautiful. The pictures are right on point. Very well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. Great neighborhood and close to shopping and the Strip. Kitchen - just beautiful!!!! Beds comfy and furniture -nice! The backyard and balcony’s were awesome. Sitting out there at night was wonderful. Andi is very responsive and even allows us to check in early. Which we appreciated coming from the East Coast to the West Coast. We will definitely be back when we make the next trip to Vegas and California. Very good price for a wonderful stay. We had a super comfortable stay at Star’s place! Love that she’s thought of everything possible for her guests, even to blackout shades for the windows over the bed. You couldn’t ask for a better host or location.

Our first time renting this condo, so we always hope it's as nice as the pictures. Absolutely perfect, every accommodation and detail you could want. Comfortable beds, a private deck, and so much more. Highly recommend!!

DJ was very flexible and accommodating. We had a little issue turning the hot tub on due to a brand new system, but he immediately sent someone to check on us and help out. We had a great stay.

Our party of 6 and our furry friend very much enjoyed our stay. Home was very clean and as described. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need! Upon arrival check in was very easy and smooth. Adelmo was quick to respond to my questions both before and after booking. The pool being heated was a great bonus as the weather wasn't quite "hot" enough to enjoy a pool without it being heated . Hot tub was nice and very nice yard. Added bonus was no pet fee and no fee for heating the pool! Close to the strip, but far enough away in a very quiet and relaxed neighborhood. This was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. For starters it looked exactly like the photos. One thing that we all absolutely loved was that EVERYTHING was labeled. It really took the guess work out of finding everything. This Airbnb had everything. There wasn’t ANYTHING that we went without. It’s so beautifully decorated. The owner had great taste. Speaking of the owner, Kelly, she was so great. She communicated beyond expectation. She was so attentive and her #1 goal was to make sure we were all comfortable and had what we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the couch was cozy! We loved hanging out in the backyard it was such a good vibe! The backyard was also extremely clean. I LOVED the turf in the back yard. It really tired the yard together. This will definitely the house we stay at next time we return to Vegas. We didn’t have children during our stay but if we did, judging by the labels and toys we seen this house has you covered. Thanks so so much Kelly!

We stayed here for 7 nights. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. It is very comfortable with plenty of room both inside and outside. Ari has an option for heating the pool and spa which was great. Ari communicates quickly. I highly recommend this house if you need to stay in Henderson.

The property was very spacious and close to the strip, airport, and shopping centers. The field was not fully shown in the pictures, but it was an awesome surprise because it was big enough for us to play baseball. Our group loved the Airbnb and wouldn't mind coming back if we were to visit Vegas again. Joseph is a fantastic host. Very accommodating and responsive. 100% would recommend to others.

Ron & Patricia where great hosts with great communication...All rooms where clean, the kitchen was very well appointed, the layout of the home was fantastic and spacious with the bedrooms located separate from main living area, great laundry...all electronics worked, pool table was great! on the outside...hot tub was clean and hot, the pool is a great size though a bit chilly " vegas pool water this time of year", the patio area was well appointed, we utilized the grill, fire pit, the loungers, beautiful trees...be prepared to maintain the patio area for tree debris as it's windy at times in vegas. Neighborhood very quiet except for little dog next door who would bark at times... We really loved the Home!

We stayed here for three nights as a group of friends (three couples) in town for WrestleMania, and it was a great base for our trip. The house is spacious, and the pool and hot tub were a huge bonus. The location was quiet and convenient—close enough to the action but away from the chaos of the Strip. The host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond when we had questions, including when the pool heater needed attention. One heads-up: there are quite a few pigeons around the pool area and porch, including a nest. They didn’t bother us, but if you're not a fan of birds or are sensitive to things like bird droppings, it might be something to consider. Also, the kitchen could use a bit more variety in pots and pans—some were dirty on arrival. Overall, it was a solid 4.5-star stay, and I’d definitely recommend it to others looking for a quieter spot in Vegas with great outdoor amenities.

This apartment is in a quiet neighborhood and is surprisingly spacious. It's attached to the main home but has a separate entrance, private bathroom, full kitchen, and all the living necessities. The bedroom even had a door that separates it from the kitchen! The instructions were so clear and included photos. The hosts were friendly and responsive. On a weekend when The Strip was overpriced and overcrowded, this apartment was a lucky break for us. The 20 to 25 minute drive to The Strip depending on traffic was not a problem. We would do it again!

Had a great time with our family! Had lots of activities available to enjoy or just relax by the pool or lagoon.

Great place to stay to explore the area… I was there for 8 days, and it was a comfortable/quiet place to come back to after hiking during the days… 40 minutes to the main Zion canyon visitor center, 20ish minutes to the kolob canyons side of the park, and 2 hours to Bryce. Red cliffs recreation area is just down the road with a nice trail system. Hosts were friendly and respectful… would definitely stay again!

Sheila's place was perfect for our trip to Zion. It took approximately 30 mins to get to the park's entrance. We enjoyed the beautiful weather from the front porch and my dog enjoyed being able to sniff around the giant yard. We will definitely stay here again for our next Zion trip.

Stan’s hideaway was the perfect place to stay for a trip to Bryce Canyon. Secluded and peaceful while being a close drive to the park. Tom was extremely helpful and responsive as a host. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Zulay’s place in Hurricane was perfect for our weekend getaway. Super close to Sand Hollow and just a short drive to great restaurants and other spots around town. The place felt really private and cozy. Super clean and had everything we needed. My girlfriend and I loved it and would definitely stay again!

Wonderful location in newer golf community. Close to pool/pickleball. Spacious and clean, loved the balcony! Would stay again.
