Heerlijke vakantiewoning op het mooie recreatie park Buitenborgh aan het water. Zwemmen, varen, suppen, vissen en genieten van en in de zon is ons motto. Amsterdam en andere randstad steden zijn goed bereikbaar met de auto. OV is iets verder gelegen, rond 1 km lopen/fietsen is een bushalte en 4km lopen/fietsen is treinstation. Eigen vervoer is aan te raden en kan in abcoude geparkeerd worden. Drie fietsen zijn inclusief bij uw verblijf. Dicht bij Ziggo Dome, Amsterdam Arena (Ajax) en AFAS Live.

Het ruime, overkapte terras van 6x3 meter (westen) betrek je gemakkelijk bij de leefruimte. Je zit echt áán het (zwem)water van de schone plas. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Het is alleen bereikbaar per boot en je waant je er in een oase van rust midden in de natuur. Bootje te huur voor €30 per dag om zelf te kunnen komen en weg gaan naar het eiland. Our beautiful windmill was built on the remains of a medieval castle in 1873. In 2006 the mill was fully renovated. You will have a comfortable stay in the mill which is surrounded by a beautiful garden. Maurik is a charming village, very centrally located between larger cities like Utrecht, Den Bosch, Arnhem and Nijmegen. The area is very suitable for cycling, hiking and swimming.
