We only rent to groups of young people if it is declared in advance that they will not cause a nuisance or late-night parties. The house has been recently renovated and features many new appliances. The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. Het kan allemaal in ons huisje midden op het eiland Hoeksche Waard. Maar ook Rotterdam, Dordrecht en Breda liggen op 30 min rijden afstand en kunnen eenvoudig bezocht worden vanuit de locatie. Het huisje is per auto bereikbaar via een onverharde eigen weg en is omgeven door weiland.
