Je loue mon appartement, car je suis souvent en déplacement ! C'est un petit cocon paisible, que j'ai choisi pour son calme (pas de voisins au dessus, donne sur une belle cour calme). 29m2 au sol, tout est bien agencé et agréable ! Super ventilateur si il fait chaud! La cuisine vient d'être refaite à neuf. Salle de bain avec baignoire. Espace chambre en mezzanine avec une literie de qualité, wifi rapide. Mon studio est situé dans un quartier très vivant à la fois familial et festif, mais dans une rue très calme à proximité de cafés, restaurants, commerces de qualité (fromagerie, boucherie, cave à vin, etc). Pour de belles balades, l'appartement est à 5min à pied du parc des Buttes Chaumont, du canal Saint-Martin et du canal de l'Ourcq. Le métro Jaurès à 5min dessert les ligne 2 et 5 : 15min de Anvers (Montmartre), 20min de Hôtel de ville (Marais) et de Charles de Gaulle Étoile (Champs-Élysées).
