Una coppia di tortorelle decise di nidificare proprio in questa tranquilla dimora, ecco dove nasce l'idea di dare il simpatico nome alla casa. Ci troviamo in una zona molto tranquilla, vicina ai supermercati. A rendere unico questo alloggio sono certamente gli spazi, ampi e molto luminosi che hanno permesso di organizzare gli ambienti al massimo del comfort grazie anche alla doppia esposizione. Due camere comode e due bagni, cucina attrezzata open space, wifi, AC, doccia esterna e posto auto.

La terrazza sui portici

L’appartamento si trova al 3º ed ultimo piano di una palazzina appena ristrutturata nel cuore di Villasimius. Si tratta di un piccolo attico di circa 90 mq dotato di una terrazza privata di 25 mq. L’intera casa è stata appena ristrutturata (luglio 2023) ed è completamente arredata e dotata di tutti i confort, è composta da un’ampia sala con angolo cottura, due camere da letto e due bagni. La nostra casa è un appartamento signorile di 70 mq di recente costruzione, luminoso e curato nei minimi dettagli e sito al primo piano in un condominio di pregio molto tranquillo in zona non trafficata e non rumorosa con ampia possibilità di parcheggio gratuito. In pochi minuti a piedi si arriva comodamente al centro del paese ed a tutti i servizi senza dover utilizzare la macchina.

Nuovo ampio trivano centrale con wi-fi

La casa è situata in zona centralissima, a meno di 50 metri dalla piazza dove si svolgono i principali spettacoli estivi e ad un minuto a piedi dalla via dello “struscio serale" (Via del Mare), ma al tempo stesso la zona notte è molto riservata, ed è stata interamente ristrutturata nella primavera 2020. E' dovuta l'imposta di soggiorno pari a 1€ al giorno per persona sopra i 10 anni.
