It's easy to move around since the 916 bus stops just across the road and connects directly to Forum/Colosseum in minutes. Air conditioning both cold and warm and free WIFI throughout. Relax with a glass of wine at the smoke-glass table under a Murano chandelier or have an espresso on the charming terrace with beautiful climbing plants and seasonal flowers. Beside the beautiful park of Villa Pamphili for visiting, jogging and walks. Few steps from the apartment there are: supermarkets, open markets, excellent restaurants, shops, bars, one open 24 hours with happy hour and restaurant open until midnight, post office, pizza and ice cream parlors, all kinds of shops. Close to the main historic attractions but out of the caos and noise of bars and pubs open till early morning. It is luxuriously comfortable and cured in every detail and we hope you will feel at home! All the house is Wifi connected with fast fiber navigation. Unlimited hot water supply. We can supply cot free of charge. The apartment is accessed from the ground floor of the main entrance of the building (which has also another entrance from the garage area 2 floors below) and the windows are on the first and second floor. It is also possible to rent the main apartment without the studio as visible from my profile on my other page of the Plus listing. Just renovated, it accomodates both old and new, like Rome itself. The main apartment has a spacious entrance, a sunny elegant sitting room, rare to find, with beautiful original marble floors and a splendid Murano chandelier, a pretty terrace, where smoking is allowed, where to relax and 4 beautiful double bedrooms with Queen size beds. The connecting studio can be prepared with twin beds or a double. It has it's independent entrance and a well equipped kitchen corner with fridge, electric kettle, toaster ecc and a lovely modern stone bathroom with wide shower and Led illumination. All bedrooms have their ensuite bathrooms, flat screen TV and hot and cold airconditioning and locks on the doors. They are all in different styles and colors, with high quality mattresses and linens, duvets in winter months, wide windows and spacious wardrobes. 2 bathrooms have jetted tubs and cromo lights. Tubs are divided from the bedrooms by a glass panel and are conveniently positioned so that you can even watch TV while relaxing in your bath! The other 3 bathrooms have showers. You will find hairdryers in all the bedrooms and an iron with ironing board. The dining area has plenty of sitting place and a french window onto a charming terrace shaded and secluded by trees. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen with french window onto a balcony where you'll find the washing/dryer machine and outside sink. Born as a family home it has a characteristic unique blend of new and old. Memories of it's past in the antique books, records and paintings together with modern comforts and art. It conserves original precious marble floorings and some antique pieces like the magnificent original Venini Murano chandelier and the antique sofa in the sitting room close to modern design. Our guests can relax and rest in the lovely spacious sitting room, maybe after a warm bath in the jetted tubs and enjoy cooking if they wish in the new modern fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, 5 burner cooker, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge and freezer. There are also an electric Espresso/cappuccino machine, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, blender, plenty of crockery and all cooking utensils. The underground is at 900 mts walk and there is a taxi station just across the square. Sip espresso in the cozy kitchen of this renovated apartment, with balcony, set in an early 20th-century building. Original floor tiles add old-world charm to the contemporary decor personalized by yellow accents and vintage photos of city sites. Brand new, bright second floor flat. As you enter you are welcomed by a spacious and well lighten corridor with doors to the main bedroom, the spacious kitchen and the living room. This flat fit comfortably 4 people: the main bedroom has a king size bed that can be used as 2 single beds while the living room has a 4 seater sofa bed with an exceptionally comfortable mattress. The kitchen has a small balcony. There is plenty of storage and cleanliness is at the top of our priorities !!! The entire flat We are helping our guests from the moment they enquire about how to get to our flat from airport or train stations, to the welcoming day, throughout their stay with tips for local restaurants or hidden gems of the city, until their checkout to make sure they can find the quickest way to their next destination. We speak fluently both English and French and having often travelled abroad ourselves, we know what it means to be a tourist and how good it feels to be welcomed and guided into a new city by the locals. We are very happy to meet people from all different countries and nationalities. Located in trendy Prati, the apartment is close to buses and metro stations for easy accessibility to city landmarks. The neighborhood is known for its array of shops, cafes, and restaurants. The Spanish Steps are a 15-minute walk. The closest underground station is Lepanto and it is only 5 minutes away from the flat. This takes you to where ever you need in Rome but buses are also very convenient and the closest bus stop in Via Ferrari ( 2 minutes away from our flat) gets you to the city centre in less then 15 minutes. For example: Spanish steps are 15 minutes away by bus. Colosseum is 25 minutes away by underground. Piazza Navona is 12 minutes away by bus. The Vatican museums are 20 minutes away on foot passing by Via dei Gracchi where you find the most delicious ice cream in Rome as voted by the Romans: Gelateria dei Gracchi.
