L’appartamento risulta confortevole, arredato con stile moderno, situato al pianterreno di una casa bifamiliare che si affaccia sulla strada che conduce in Valle Verzasca. Approfittando della terrazza si può godere di una bellissima vista sul Lago Maggiore.

La posizione è ottimale per rilassarsi, ma anche per raggiungere il lago (10 minuti in auto), il fiume in Valle Verzasca (10 minuti in auto) o Locarno (10 minuti di auto). Inoltre, a piedi si può partire per degli interessanti percorsi di montagna.

Wir vermieten ein Studio in einem alten, stilvollen Tessinerhaus mit schönster Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore 10 Minuten von Locarno entfernt. Das Studio verfügt über einen separaten Eingang, ein eigenes Badezimmer und kleine Küche, sowie eine eigene Terrasse. Der gedeckte Balkon mit der grossartigen Aussicht darf mitbenutzt werden und lädt im Sommer wie auch im Winter, bei Tag und Nacht, ein.

Unsere Atelierwohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Tenero im Erdgeschoss eines neu erbauten Hauses. Ruhige Lage, da keine Durchgangsstrasse in der Nähe ist.
