Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious kitchen and living room, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, a full bath, main floor laundry and attached heated double garage.

Relax with the whole family, for a hunting trip, birdwatching, fishing, hiking, or just to get away. House is located 2 miles north of Lake Audubon, 12 miles east of Garrison, 6 miles from Totten Trail, and 3 miles from boat launches. Canoes for rent, plenty of parking, hunting dogs welcome (please call on other pets.) Dogs must be in a kennel in the house. Dogs not allowed in the beds or on the furniture. Currently some exterior grounds construction. Basement is separate.
