L'appartamento di Florent e' uno splendido appartamento, molto grande con cucina ben accessoriata , bagno e 2 camere da letto confortevoli.Con tutti i comfort.Assolutamente da consigliare.Anche la zona dove e' situato l' appartamento e' tranquilla con ristoranti e panetterie.Non vi e' niente di cui lamentarsi. Host was very friendly and helpful, place was as described and very clean. Location is not walkable to tourist spots but there is a train station right outside the front door, walkable to pharmacy, grocery store and a few pubs/cafes. Has a washer but no electric dryer, only hang to dry. Coffee pot, tea kettle, hair dryer and iron.

Appartement cosy à la décoration originale et chaleureuse, confortable,très bien équipé , à tous niveaux . Une belle résidence calme et sécurisée. Miss Phan est une colocataire adorable, qui une fois en confiance quémande attention et grattouilles. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Paris en transports en commun, tout en profitant aussi du quartier : parc des Buttes Chaumont , parc de la Villette, canal Saint Martin et autres. Au quotidien de nombreux commerces au pied de l'immeuble. De plus Lydie est une hôte amicale,réactive et attentionnée .

Audrey and Remy's place was the perfect place to call home during our stay in Paris. It is centrally located to anything you'd want to do/see in Paris. There are lots of great restaurants nearby, too! The subway is right down the street, but you won't need to use it much since you can walk to any and all of the tourist sites from the apartment. It's also really quiet, which is rare when staying in Paris, so we slept well! Can't wait to come back and stay here someday!

Thank you. We had a great time. Very responsive and always helpful. Btw the location is PRIME - everything we wanted to do/see was mostly walking distance or a short metro ride away. Would like to come back here if I ever visit Paris again.

It had everything we needed for our holiday. Perfect location, close to metro, great restaurants around, supermarkets were also in walking distance. The place was clean, had an amazing terrace, very spacious. Did not get hot even if outside was 32 degrees.
