Nyrenoverat fritidshus med sjöutsikt

Nyrenoverat fritidshus precis intill sjön Örlen. Runt huset löper en stor altan där det finns flertalet ställen att slå sig ner på för att följa solen runt huset. Mot sjön finns spabad, utedusch, loungesoffor solsängar samt en matgrupp. Här får alla plats! Invändigt renoverat i modern stil. Kök och vardagsrum i öppen planlösning med bl a matplats, vinkyl, braskamin och flertalet sittplatser. Två sovrum varav ett med dubbelsäng och ett med våningssäng. Ytterligare sovplatser finns på loftet.

Welcome to our cozy cabin! Nestled by the edge of a peaceful pool, you'll find a hot tub that comfortably accommodates up to five people, offering a stunning panoramic view of the lake. The jacuzzi and sauna is available year-round. The swimming pool is open until 6th of October, perfect for cooling off during warmer months. We also provide two paddleboards. Nature is just outside your door and in the evening you will watch the sun set over the lake. We look forward to welcoming you!

Simsjön is a scenic and peaceful spot, perfect for escaping everyday stress and spending quality time together. You can borrow your own boat to explore the lake and enjoy fishing 🎣🌿

Det finns möjlighet att hyra spabad för en extra kostnad. På gården driver vi även en restaurang med olika evenemang under sommaren. A typical charming Swedish red cottage in lovely surroundings. Around 15 min walk to a beautiful lake Toften. Swimming, fishing, birdwatching, hiking, mountainbike ride, ice skating in the winter. Fully equipped house with all year around standards that can accomodate 6 people. It is very quiet and peaceful place. Towels and bedsheets are included ! The house is located in the middle of the forest, it is very quiet and peaceful. Perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There are 3 lakes within 20 minutes walking distance and there are more than enough opportunities for walking, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, boating, motorcycling, etc. Open canoes (2) and the hot tub are available for rent. Charcoal is available for purchase.

Fantastisk kvarn med historia från 1500-talet. I köket finns diskmaskin induktionshäll, ugn och micro, kyl/frys. I det lilla tv-rummet finns en smarttv. På övervåningen var det en snickeriverkstad som nu är ett modernt tv-rum med wifi, förstärkare,Chromecast, högtalarsystem och projektor. Dusch finns i källaren. Altanen mot fårhagen har trädgårdsmöbler och spa bad. Vedspis i köket.Bastu finns.
