Finnsnes is 3,5 km away, and alpine skiing 6 km away. Bardufoss airport you can reach in 50 minutes by car, but Flybussen does also pass the house. If interested in hiking, many possibilities near by. For the Northern lights (Aurora Borealis) and to explore Senja, I can guide you to good observation spots. If no car, no problem.
