Old town studio, historic building

Our 49 sqm apartment is situated on a calm street in the heart of Tallinn's old town. In the direct neighbourhood you will find a number of museums, the city theatre as well as the music academy. The city hall square - the center of Tallinn's old town - is only a few hundred metres away. The apartment is located on the top floor of a building originating from the 17th century, rebuilt by C.L. Engel in the 19th century, and completely renovated in 2007 by a company specialized in restoring old buildings. The studio is fully equipped with a luxury bathroom, kitchenette and a 180cm king size bed. We can provide a baby bed, as well as an additional mattress on the floor. The hardwood floor makes the apartment well-suited for guests with allergies. Bed linen and towels will of course be provided, so no need to bring those along!

City center apartment in a historic spirit factory

Our cozy apartment is located in the very heart of Tallinn in a renovated old spirit factory, built in 1888. It offers something for everyone from every direction. Across the street starts the old town. Top 50 restaurants and cafes are located in the stretch of the same building. Behind the building starts the Rotermanni quarter where you can do shopping. The harbour and seaside is 5 min walk. My place is perfect for both from solo adventurers to small families with kids. Free parking.

Fresh scandinavian style apartment

This 18th century factory building has been completely renovated in 2014. This 3rd floor studio apartment is cozy and quiet, providing good sleep and perfect location in beautiful environment in the trendy Kalamaja area, next to the Old town, Telliskivi and Tallinna's new Farmers market. To Old town is just 5 minute walk as well as to the famous Telliskivi area, tram stop and Supermarket 10m away from house across street. Next of the house is plenty of restaurants and coffee shops

Kaarli apartment in the City Centre

This modern apartment is located in the Tallinn City Centre. The apartment has a wonderful view to the Old Town, which is only a few minutes walk away. Guests who are coming by car can use free parking for one car in garage. Roomy, comfortable and quiet apartment has open kitchen area and one bedroom. The apartment is situated on the 4th floor and it gets a lot of sunlight. Nearby there are several shopping centres, opera theatre, cinemas and parks for walking.

Quiet flat near Old Town and Harbour

Freshly renovated ground floor flat in a quiet area. Perfect location, walk everywhere! 2 min to Old Town, close to harbour and sightseeing. 10 min to trendy Telliskivi with all the cafes, bars and restaurants. Supermarket just around the corner. 10 min walk to main train station Balti jaam. The neighborhood is semi enclosed and very safe. Ran by a real local independent host. Fast WiFi and designated workspace in bedroom, ideal for digital nomads.

Small but functional and characterful accommodation in nearly 700 year old medieval building complex once owned by bishop of Tallinn, built in year 1339. Cool on summer, warm on winter. Located in the heart of the old town, 150 meters from Town Hall Square. Surrounded with restaurants, cafes, shops, museums etc, yet quiet and private- tucked away in a gated courtyard

Cozy studio in the heart of Tallinn. Free parking

The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, coffeemaker, fridge, oven, stove, dishes for serving etc. Within a 100m you can find many restaurants and cafes with different kitchens for almost any taste, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The flat is situated in a quiet and green area with the old town being just next to it.
