Das Haus und die gesamte Anlage war wunderschön. Die Ausstattung war sehr hochwertig, die Betten waren ausgezeichnet. Da wir leider sehr viel Pech mit dem Wetter hatten, haben wir/ unsere Kinder sich sehr über den Whirpool gefreut. Gerade für Gäste mit Hund sehr geeignet. Der Kontakt mit Daniela war super und auch ihr Vater sehr hilfreich und sehr sympathisch. Danke für alles

Ho trascorso una settimana in compagnia di amici nella struttura di Patrizia. L’immobile è immerso nelle colline e nel verde, in posizione abbastanza comoda per visitare la vicina Umbria e i magnifici Borghi aretini/senesi. Il soggiorno è stato magnifico: la pace, la tranquillità e la bellezza del contesto hanno reso questa esperienza unica. Posto ideale per chi cerca relax, lontano dal frenetico incedere della vita di città.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Nocino! The place is stunning, peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We stayed with our dog—the fenced yard was ideal for him to run freely and safely. The villa is beautifully located in the hills with a breathtaking view of Todi, and it’s close by car to all the lovely Umbrian villages. Floriana is a wonderful host—warm, welcoming, and always helpful. We also loved the local wine and especially the delicious olive oil “the green gold.” Of course, we brought some home! 😊 All of Casali del Moraiolo, managed by Floriana are highly recommended. We’ll definitely be back!

Nice apartment that we used for a short Tuscany trip. With car you can easily reach Pisa, Firenze, Arezzo, Siena and more. Good restaurants can be reached in 15mins and supermarket in 10mins. Happy to be there.

L’alloggio “il Cottage“ è un delizioso appartamentino di due camere che si trova proprio accanto alla fortezza (che lo rende ancora più suggestivo). Francesca e Aliek ci hanno accolti con gentilezza e professionalità, facendoci sentire come a casa nostra. Tutta la loro famiglia è stata molto carina e disponibile, inclusi cani, gatti e asinelli che sono stati per noi una compagnia inaspettata e molto gradevole. La fortezza si trova in un’area molto tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo vicino alle maggiori attrazioni turistiche dell’Umbria facilmente raggiungibili in auto, al massimo in un paio d’ore. Assolutamente consigliato sia per coppie che per famiglie, o semplicemente per persone che amano la tranquillità e la bellezza .

Wir haben die schöne Unterkunft und den großen, grünen Außenbereich sehr genossen. Die Aussicht auf den See ist umwerfend und man kann ungestört seinen Urlaub verbringen, da es keine direkten Nachbarn gibt. Die Casetta ist gut ausgestattet mit allen nötigen Utensilien, die man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Frühstück oder Mittagessen haben wir immer gern auf der angrenzenden Terrasse unter dem schönen Blauregen genossen. Man sollte Essen allerdings nicht offen herumstehen lassen, da es Ameisen gibt. Im nicht weit entfernten Dorf hat man verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurantoptionen, und auch andere Orte sind gut und schnell erreichbar durch die nahe Anbindung zur Autobahn. Ein Höhepunkt des Urlaubs war Luigiana, die uns nicht nur sehr herzlich bei unserer Ankunft empfing, sondern während unseres ganzen Aufenthalts immer erreichbar war. Sie hat immer schnell reagiert, wenn man eine Frage oder ein Problem hatte. Außerdem hat sie sehr leckeres Olivenöl. Danke für alles!

Lieber Lucio, nun sind wir bereits zum zweiten Mal bei dir in Magione gewesen. Dieses Mal zwar nur für 5 Nächte, dennoch genauso bezaubernd und erholsam wie letztes Jahr. Wir schätzen deine freundliche, ruhige Art in jeder Situation. Wenn wir einmal etwas falsch gemacht haben, hat es sich bei dir gar nicht wie ein Fehler angefühlt. We recently spent two weeks in this delightful house. The location is perfect for exploring the area around the lake and further afield due to good road links. It has all the feel of an isolated house while being close to shops and restaurants. The house was very clean when we arrived and although basic has all the things you really need. Andrea the host was absolutely delightful and welcoming. He was very kind and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Noi e il nostro cane ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il posto è incantevole con una vista mozzafiato. Paola è molto cortese, presente e disponibile. Ci ha permesso di andare oltre l'orario di check out, senza un limite di tempo.

We had the privilege of staying a month in this beautiful stone house nestled in a forest with outstanding views of the Umbria hills and the medieval village of Rotecastello. Tranquility itself taking long walks in the woods with the birds chirping throughout the day. The house is centrally located to quaint local villages such as Orvieto, Assisi, Spoleto as well as many others. Florence is only a 2 hour drive. The town of Marciano is a few kilometres away with all the amenities needed to make delicious meals at home and if you like fish, on Tuesdays and Thursdays the truck in the centre of town is excellent as is the homestead pasta shop. Gabriele and Valeria, a sophisticated couple who show their dedication to their guest from the interior cleanliness and decor to the gorgeous flowers surrounding the house. Very welcoming couple always with a smile, yet still honouring your privacy. Arturo, their dog is an absolute joy. This is a 100% recommendation all around!

Un'esperienza perfetta sotto ogni aspetto! La struttura era incantevole, una location straordinaria, circondata da paesaggi mozzafiato e dalla tranquillità della natura. Gli ambienti erano curati nei minimi dettagli, puliti e accoglienti, offrendo tutto il necessario per un soggiorno rilassante. L'host è stato estremamente disponibile e cordiale, garantendo un'ospitalità impeccabile. Consiglio vivamente questo posto a chiunque desideri una fuga rigenerante lontano dal caos

Quiet, tranquil place, clean apartment with everything working as intended. Beautiful garden and surroundings. Easy trip to town even with public transport, < 10 min walk for a train. The host was very accommodating both regarding arrival and departure. Very nice and helpful.

Het verblijf bij Fausto en zijn vrouw (Anna's ouders) was werkelijk waar geweldig: een schoon huisje in een geweldig mooie omgeving. De vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van de hosts was hartverwarmend. Zo kregen we een bosje kruiden uit eigen tuin, kwamen ze medicijnen brengen toen één van ons ziek was en stonden ze altijd klaar om onze vragen te beantwoorden. Nadat een andere accomodatie die we hadden geboekt, een paar dagen voor vertrek annuleerde, was de accomodatie van Anna nog beschikbaar én reageerde ze snel. We hadden geen betere accomodatie kunnen vinden dan deze en zullen zeker nog eens teruggaan.

L’alloggio é un monolocale perfetto per una coppia, pulito e nella sua semplicità fornito di tutto. Sicuramente super consigliato per chi vuole vivere al interno di un suggestivo borgo medievale e come plus godere della vista dal meraviglioso terrazzo attrezzato di questa casa! CONSIGLIATISSIMO

Das Haus ist sehr schön, sehr abgelegen (1km privater schotterweg zum Haus) und ruhig und komplett von der Natur umgeben. Der Pool ist riesig und sehr gut mit Dusche und Klo direkt am Pool ausgestattet. Jedes Zimmer hat noch ein eigenes großes Badezimmer und es gibt sogar 2 Küchen. Die Terrasse und generell der ganze Außenbereich ist sehr schön und mit genug Bäumen hat man auch schönen natürlichen Schatten. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden, die Kommunikation mit Milagros war auch sehr einfach und schnell. Die Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

My family of 4 stayed here for a week and loved it. Very peaceful, easy access to other towns, and the area is breathtakingly beautiful. We loved taking the walking trail along the river! The health center was absolutely amazing after a long day of sightseeing. My only frustration is that the airbnb host is actually a management company that manages from a distance. When you arrive you are to contact the owner via text who is also not there. Then when you arrive there is Rita (owners mother) and Pamela (Rita’s helper); who are wonderful. There are a lot of people involved and you don’t really know who to talk to if a problem arises; communication gets tricky.

Grazie mille per tutto, abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida location in occasione dei festeggiamenti di capodanno in gruppo di 8 amici, tutto perfetto e anche meglio di come ci aspettavamo sia Silvia (host) che Camilla sono state super disponibili e sempre reperibili, tutto davvero perfetto, pulizia e ordine, c'era tutto ciò di cui abbiamo avuto bisogno, non posso che consigliarlo ;) grazie ancora e buon anno! Siamo stati al Cottage di Enea, immerso nel cuore della splendida Valle Santa, e non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Io, la mia compagna e la nostra bimba di un anno e mezzo abbiamo trascorso giorni sereni e rilassanti, circondati dalla natura e da un'atmosfera di pace totale. Il cottage è accogliente, curato e perfetto per chi cerca tranquillità lontano dal caos. Enea è un host eccezionale: sempre disponibile, attento e genuinamente ospitale. Ci siamo sentiti accolti come in famiglia. Un posto che consigliamo davvero a chi vuole staccare la spina e godersi la bellezza autentica di questa valle.

We had an amazing time at the property. The little house is exactly what we were looking for. Bright, comfortable, clean, well equipped, amazing hosts. Close to everything, yet in a very private, calm area. Would recommend without a doubt.
