Our stay in the apartment was fantastic. The apartment was spacious, offering plenty of room to relax, making it perfect for families. The locality was comfortable and safe, with easy access to the metro and auto rickshaws, making commuting convenient. The proximity to food outlets like Domino’s and Subway, as well as Spectrum Mall for shopping and entertainment, was a great bonus. Although the apartment had a normal air conditioner, which wasn’t ideal for the cold weather, the host was very responsive and provided a heater to ensure our comfort. The apartment was well-maintained, with modern amenities and a clean, welcoming ambiance. Highly recommend for a comfortable, secure, and well-connected stay in Noida!

Herleen is a very responsive host, although I bothered her quite a few times, she was always happy to help! The place is very nearby to a lot of places with uber and ola easily accessible. The neighbourhood gives you a very local Delhi experience. The furniture and linen was very clean and the kitchen was spick and span. The terrace was the best part to unwind after a long and tiring day. Reminds you of the movie Delhi 6. Would love to stay here in Delhi again.

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The property was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and offered great hospitality. Ranveer was an excellent host - always responsive and attentive to our needs. A special mention to Sreeram, whose service was outstanding and made our stay even more comfortable. That said, there are a few aspects to consider. The road leading to the property is unpaved, which can be a bit challenging at times. Additionally, the rooms are not well soundproofed, making it easy to hear noises from neighboring guests. Privacy on the balcony could also be improved, as there is no partition between units, allowing direct access from one room to another. While we didn’t experience any issues, this may be a concern for some guests. Overall, it was a great experience with excellent hospitality, and we would recommend it with these considerations in mind.

It’s a great place to stay. This was nice experience staying there.Location is peaceful and close to temple. This place is very well maintained...Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the Owner(Rajiv ji). Rooms were spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely want to come back to this place again. Once again Thanks to Rajiv ji for his support during our stay and making it comfortable.

We travelled on work to Delhi and stayed at Utkarsh's place. We had a comfortable stay and Utkarsh & his staff were very helpful and proactive. The place was very neat and clean, has a good surrounding and easily accessible. We would definitely recommend his place for anyone looking for a comfortable, neat & clean place to stay in the heart of Delhi which is easily accessible & very well connected to metro & public transport.

20 days were spent at Ankit BNB, and as usual, it was fantastic! Well-equipped, cozy, and immaculate, with a very understanding host. Worth it, for sure!

Nikhil was a great host. He made sure everything went smoothly. Place was clean and every furniture was comfortable with enough area for even more than 8 people. One of a greatest Airbnb I have ever stayed at. It was equipped with all required amenities. Caretaker, Krishna bhaiya was soo helpful and was available right on a call when ever needed. Karan responded quickly and was really helpful all the time.

This is an amazing high end duplex apartment which is even better than it looks in the pictures. The host was super responsive and there were helpers and a cleaner available to make our stay comfortable. The please is a short walk from the famous M block GK 2 market. There is also a nice park next to the apartment for your quick morning walks. All in all a super duper stay and highly recommended.

I would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting.
