We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. This is ‘Het Witte Heertje’, our traditional townhouse in the centre of Utrecht. The house was originally built around 1880. We offer you a fully renovated 40m2 apartment optimally suited for two persons, situated in a friendly, relaxed neighbourhood. Various shops, restaurants, (coffee) bars, the canals and other sights are within a stone’s throw of the house. The park immediately behind the house is a lovely place to spend some time on sunny days. And for laid back evenings we provide Netflix.

The apartment is the upper floor (35m2) in a historic house (1930's) . Your private space consists of 2 rooms, bathroom and walk-in cupboard. You can sleep in separate rooms if you wish. There is a kitchenette (stove, microwave, fridge). Parking space in front of house, free in weekends and free during week at Vulcanusdreef, 5 min walk. I live in the other part of the house. The house is located 10 minutes from centre by bike, 25 minutes walking. Towels are present.

Our house is beautifullly situated right on the Singel, the medieval canal surrounding the old city centre of lovely Utrecht. The studio is located on the second floor with view on the canal. It is equipped with a private bathroom and a private kitchen. The double bed and sofa provide you with the necessary comfort. It's very centrally located; just a 5 minutes walk to the city centre and public transport; only 5 minutes by bus to Utrecht Central Station.
