Relax with the whole family on this working farm nestled in the bends of the Mooi River. Experience the peace of the meandering Mooi River, nature, livestock and overlook the quiet bustle of an active farmyard. Unfortunately due to ongoing biosecurity measures access to the dairy and cattle areas will not be allowed. The cottage is self catering, and close to Mooi River town for supplies or takeaways. There is 4km of rough dirt road to access the farm (high clearance vehicles recommended)

This farm stay 4 sleeper unit is fully equipped with all you will need to live, work or get happy. Hiking, fishing, strolling, swimming, bike riding and hanging out on the farm is what we offer. We are load shedding resistant with WiFi during the shedding but we have lovely candles and fireplaces for your entertainment… Bring a book, a journal or an easel and come and enjoy.

Surrounded by the Drakensberg mountains, our Rondavel is a 2-bedroom self-catering rustic cottage. Situated in the Monks Cowl area of the central Drakensberg. This cottage is off grid, perfect for hikers, trail runners and nature lovers alike, situated in a tranquil area. We have limited solar electricity, hot water and water straight from a nearby stream. We live simply and respect nature. The property is one of the highest private properties in this part of the mountains.

King size bed (can be split into two 3/4 beds), WIFI, kitchen and undercover parking. Bathroom has a shower. A short drive away from a variety of sites, hikes and activities in the Berg. Coffee shops and restaurants within a few minutes drive. Please note: there is a private pool, for hosts only, that isn't fenced off..
